經銷商客戶經理崗位職責

工作職責:

1、為轄區范圍內汽車經銷商集團提供專業化服務,通過傳遞企業價值,產品亮點,項目優勢等信息配合銷售團隊達成銷售目標;

2、定期向服務客戶傳遞數據報告,項目及產品結案分析,組織經銷商專業培訓及區域活動等,保持順暢的溝通和長期友好的合作伙伴關系;

3、收集轄區內客戶及市場信息,與公司關聯部門聯系溝通、反饋,提供對應改善,調整建議;

4、負責轄區內VIP集團客戶營銷方案的制作和提案,配合銷售BD實現合同的談判、簽訂、收款;

任職要求:

1、統招本科以上學歷,3年以上大客戶銷售,服務經驗;

2、有4S店/經銷商集團,市場及銷售工作經驗;廠商區域或主機廠工作經歷;互聯網、汽車、媒體等相關行業者優先;

3、熟練使用Excel,具有較強的數據整理及分析能力;擅長PPT方案制作;

4、服務意識強,有責任心,善于溝通,有強烈的團隊協作意識;

5、能適應短期出差、高強度、快節奏的工作環境;

1.AccountforTop-Linetargetandin-storeexecutionKPIsoftheterritorydistributor

?EstablishtheMDLZWayofDistributorManagement:Businessplan&review,KPImanagement,(RightStore&PSA),Systemoperation,OrdertoCashmanagement,TSmanagementandinventorymanagement

?Aligndistributorbusinessplan(DBP)withTDonregularbasis&actionplantoensurethesustainable&profitablegrowthforbothMDLZandTD

?Setclearmonthlybusinesstargetfordistributionandalignonexecutionplan

?ConductmonthlybusinessreviewwithTDGMandDOMtoreviewtheachievementagainstthetargetandfindouttheopportunityinchannel

2.CloselycooperatewithDOMtoensuretheKPIachievementonTDscorecard

?CooperatewithDOMtoestablishastrongTDfunctionalteam,includingsales,finance,customerservice,logistics,systemandhumanresources

?Conducttheregularassessmentondistributor’scapabilitybasedonthescorecarddevelopedbyMDLZ

?Developdetailedactionplantoimprovedistributor’scapability(SOPdeployment)

3.EnhanceTDoperationcapabilitybyexecutingTDoperationmanual

?ProvidecoachingandtrainingtoTDsalesforcetoensuregoodqualityunderstandingandexecutioninaccordancewithTDoperationmanual

?AssessTDcapabilityregularlyaccordingtothescorecardanddesigncustomizeddevelopmentplan

?Buildcapability&transferknowledgetotheDistributorsalesteamandorganization(System(DMS/SIF)operation,SOPdeployment,In-storeexecution,Routeplan,finance,HRandetc.)

4.MaintaingoodrelationshipwithTopretailerstodrivesalestargetachievement

?Conductbusinessreviewwithimportantstoresbasedonthedetailedanalysis,suchaspostdata,inventorydata.

?Coordinatewithinternalteamstoresolvethedailyoperationissuesandprovidebestinclassservicetocustomer

?Negotiatewithindependentstoreonsomeinstoreactivitiesaccordingtothestandardguideline,suchasnewproductlisting,promotionplan,display,etc.

?Leadsalesrep.teamtocarryoutthecontractitemswhichconfirmedbyKAteam
