崗位介紹:

1、負責公司熱線咨詢電話的接聽及客戶約訪、接待及協議談判簽署工作

2、根據公司業務流程對學生的學習狀況做出分析與診斷,制定輔導計劃與方案

3、跟蹤客戶輔導項目的實施情況,協調教務工作;建立客戶電子檔案及客戶維護

崗位要求:

1、溝通能力強,對教育有很到位的認識,要有銷售意識,能承受工作壓力

2、有教育行業招生或有實際教育產品營銷經驗優先,教育學或心理學專業者優先

3、雖沒經驗但熱愛教育,學習力很強,很具有可塑性,改變現狀的意愿極強者亦可
