職責描述:

MainResponsibilities:

1)UnderstandscapturesandeffectivelycommunicatesexpectationsofClientandmanagestheSeniorClientrelationship.

2)ProposesandimplementstheAnnualRelationshipPlanacrosstheportfolio.

3)Ensuresthedevelopmentandmanagementofanannualfacilityplanforeachaccountsthatisapprovedbytheclientandalignsthestrategicandoperationalobjectivesoftheaccounttodeliverythebenefitsandoutcomestheclientexpects.Theplanmustoutlinestrategiesandactionstocaptureanddeliveronclientexpectations,bothshortterm(withinoneyear)andlongerterm(3to5years).Thisplanshouldincludeestablishingandimplementingadetailedsitemanagementplans,utilisingtheFM&cateringmanagementtoolsandprocessesoutlinedbySodexopolicy.

4)WiththeIFMManagersestablishmetricsandtoolstomonitorandmanageperformanceofaccount;

5)Bepro-active,fosterinnovationandpresentactionplanonregularbasistoClientinordertoattainbothClientandSodexoobjectives.

6)Ensurescontractretentionbytherenewalofourcontracts.

7)Inordertoreachhis/herownorganicgrowthobjectives:.

8)AccountablefortheachievementofportfoliobudgetintermofSales(RetentionandComparableUnitGrowth)-GrossProfit–Headcounts,fortheachievementofnewsiteopening,andforotherKeyPerformanceIndicatorsthatmaybedefinedfromtimetotime.

任職要求:

1)Bachelordegreeorabove,10+yearsworkingexperienceinvariousroleswithintheFMand/orHospitalityIndustryinmanagementroles.

2)Managingskillsincustomerservice,Familiarwithmanagingprofit&lossandcontrollingtheleversofimpact&risks.

3)Strongteammanagementskills(stafftraining,employeeappraisalandmotivatingability).

4)Strongcommunication&interpersonalskills.

5)Fluentinoral&writtenEnglish.
