篇3:醫院管理藥劑人員考績考核制度

藥劑人員考績、考核制度

（一）藥劑科（部）要建立藥學人員考核，考核領導小組，由科主任，組長定期、不定期地對藥學人員進行考績，考核成績存入業務技術檔案。

（二）藥劑科（部）要按上級的部署要求，根據實際情況，每年一次，制定具體的考績、考核內容、方法和標準。

（三）政治思想和服務質量按醫院規定進行考核，藥劑科要及時上報，留底存入藥劑科的自建檔案。

（四）藥學人員的出版著作發表論文、發明專刊、科研成果技術革新、獲獎等級、及在工作中有突出的成績、先進事例或發生嚴重差錯及事故，均應作為考績、考核內容登記入科（部）業務技術檔案。
