篇3:醫院管理藥劑人員考績考核制度
藥劑人員考績、考核制度
(一)藥劑科(部)要建立藥學人員考核,考核領導小組,由科主任,組長定期、不定期地對藥學人員進行考績,考核成績存入業務技術檔案。
(二)藥劑科(部)要按上級的部署要求,根據實際情況,每年一次,制定具體的考績、考核內容、方法和標準。
(三)政治思想和服務質量按醫院規定進行考核,藥劑科要及時上報,留底存入藥劑科的自建檔案。
(四)藥學人員的出版著作發表論文、發明專刊、科研成果技術革新、獲獎等級、及在工作中有突出的成績、先進事例或發生嚴重差錯及事故,均應作為考績、考核內容登記入科(部)業務技術檔案。
