?Setclearmonthlybusinesstargetfordistributionandalignonexecutionplan
?ConductmonthlybusinessreviewwithTDGMandDOMtoreviewtheachievementagainstthetargetandfindouttheopportunityinchannel

4.MaintaingoodrelationshipwithTopretailerstodrivesalestargetachievement
?Conductbusinessreviewwithimportantstoresbasedonthedetailedanalysis,suchaspostdata,inventorydata.
?Coordinatewithinternalteamstoresolvethedailyoperationissuesandprovidebestinclassservicetocustomer

篇3:渠道執(zhí)行主管崗位職責
崗位職責:
1.所負責區(qū)域內(nèi)自有門店各維度數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計;
2.競品門店綜合數(shù)據(jù)調(diào)研,包含但不限于布局情況,經(jīng)營情況,未來拓展規(guī)劃情況等;
3.區(qū)域市場自有及競品布局圖制作和信息匹配;
4.結合區(qū)域市場數(shù)據(jù)和公司實際情況給出渠道標準的修正及補充與完善的建議和依據(jù);
5.空白市場搜索及開發(fā),依據(jù)市場數(shù)據(jù)結合公司標準給出規(guī)劃及開店建議;
6.周期性更新數(shù)據(jù)庫資料,保證數(shù)據(jù)的時效與準確性;
7.區(qū)域內(nèi)KA客戶的跟進,對接,協(xié)助完成門店選址及開業(yè);
8.區(qū)域內(nèi)重點商業(yè)項目接觸,跟進,對接,協(xié)助完成門店進駐。
任職資格:
1、23-35歲,1年以上連鎖門店開發(fā)選址或相關工作經(jīng)驗,有零售、母嬰、賣場連鎖行業(yè)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先;
2、熟悉區(qū)域商業(yè)規(guī)劃,布局及發(fā)展情況,有商業(yè)地產(chǎn)及品牌或連鎖商業(yè)資源,能夠完成優(yōu)秀項目儲備;
3、工作認真細致,具有良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力和團隊合作精神;
4、熟練運用辦公軟件,尤其是EXCEL的使用;具有較強的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力、調(diào)控能力和報表制作能力;
5、邏輯思維強,具有優(yōu)秀的整體規(guī)劃能力;
6、能適應常態(tài)化出差(區(qū)域,時間與頻次依據(jù)具體工作要求)
