崗位職責(zé):
1、全面負(fù)責(zé)鈑噴車(chē)間現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理和監(jiān)督工作,規(guī)范鈑噴維修工藝流程,制定和完善鈑噴維修操作規(guī)范;
2、指導(dǎo)協(xié)調(diào)車(chē)間生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度,全程跟蹤,保證質(zhì)量,按時(shí)交車(chē);
3、負(fù)責(zé)車(chē)間成本的核算與控制,提高員工勞動(dòng)效率,提升工位利用率;
4、負(fù)責(zé)車(chē)間油漆及輔料的使用管控,落實(shí)安全防火措施;
5、負(fù)責(zé)維修設(shè)備及工具的監(jiān)管,監(jiān)督其使用的規(guī)范性,提高設(shè)備利用率;
6、貫徹執(zhí)行5S現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn),全面負(fù)責(zé)鈑噴車(chē)間的安全生產(chǎn)監(jiān)控與防范工作;
7、進(jìn)行部門(mén)技術(shù)和技能培訓(xùn),做好內(nèi)部績(jī)效考核工作;
8、積極配合業(yè)務(wù)部門(mén)處理好重大客戶抱怨、投訴,及時(shí)安排維修人員解決問(wèn)題;
9、掌握車(chē)間員工動(dòng)態(tài),做好班組團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè);
10、溝通協(xié)調(diào)與業(yè)務(wù)部、保險(xiǎn)理賠部、配件部等部門(mén)間的關(guān)系。
任職要求:
1、五年以上豪華汽車(chē)鈑噴車(chē)間管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉掌握汽車(chē)車(chē)身鈑金和噴涂修復(fù)工藝流程;
2、良好的組織能力、溝通能力、執(zhí)行力;
3、豐富的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)和突發(fā)事件的應(yīng)變處置能力;
4、強(qiáng)烈的成本管控意識(shí);
5、大專及以上學(xué)歷。

3、責(zé)任心強(qiáng),執(zhí)行能力強(qiáng),能獨(dú)立很好的完成本崗位工作;4、具備出色的鈑金噴漆技術(shù)方面的知識(shí)、經(jīng)驗(yàn),能進(jìn)行獨(dú)立進(jìn)行鈑金噴漆技能方面的培訓(xùn);
5、精通高級(jí)鈑金、噴漆維修技能,動(dòng)手能力強(qiáng)。
