ETL數(shù)據(jù)分析崗位職責(zé)
職責(zé)描述:
1、與數(shù)據(jù)分析師、數(shù)據(jù)開發(fā)工程師配合,進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)清洗、數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)備;
2、理解數(shù)據(jù)分析及業(yè)務(wù),設(shè)計(jì)維護(hù)數(shù)據(jù)倉庫;
3、與數(shù)據(jù)分析師配合,進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù);
4、配合數(shù)據(jù)開發(fā)工程師,完成模型部署后的業(yè)務(wù)驗(yàn)證、反饋。
任職要求:
1、大學(xué)本科及以上,計(jì)算機(jī)信息類、數(shù)學(xué)/應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)類等專業(yè)背景;
2、3年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),具有電力/能源/工業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)分析背景的人員優(yōu)先考慮;
3、熟悉數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu),熟悉數(shù)據(jù)清洗、降維、變量選擇等數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)備過程,能夠熟練實(shí)現(xiàn)海量數(shù)據(jù)的清洗、準(zhǔn)備;
4、對(duì)回歸、分類、聚類、關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則、時(shí)間序列、神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、決策樹及其他常用數(shù)據(jù)分析和挖掘技術(shù)有了解,能夠配合數(shù)據(jù)分析師開展相關(guān)分析挖掘;
5、能夠熟練使用至少一種主流關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫及結(jié)構(gòu)化查詢語言,熟悉HIVE,并了解Spark、Hadoop等大數(shù)據(jù)架構(gòu)環(huán)境,能夠進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)倉庫建設(shè)與維護(hù);
6、熟練掌握Python、R等語言工具中的至少一種,能夠熟練使用相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)分析、數(shù)據(jù)處理庫;
7、有Linux使用經(jīng)驗(yàn),了解shell操作。

銷售數(shù)據(jù)分析崗位職責(zé):
1.按產(chǎn)品品類劃分,市場(chǎng)調(diào)查分析,尋找熱銷產(chǎn)品,進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析及深度開發(fā)。
2.追蹤、搜集、分析、匯總及考察評(píng)估新產(chǎn)品的信息。
3.清晰并了解管理的產(chǎn)品線利潤(rùn)、庫存及銷售相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),核算成本,控制新產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
4.根據(jù)銷售部提供的新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)進(jìn)行合理有效評(píng)估,并合理安排采購。
5.與項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人、銷售、客服定期研討產(chǎn)品問題,提出解決方案。
6.產(chǎn)品管理、銷售及新品培訓(xùn)相關(guān)事務(wù)。
崗位要求:
1.熟悉Excel表操作,對(duì)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)敏感,能夠挖掘數(shù)據(jù)重點(diǎn)。
