1.ImpactonBusiness

1)Proactive/self-dependentsourcingforbothproductionplants.

2)Executionofprocurementmarketanalysisforrelatedcommoditiesortechnologies.

3)Identificationandbuildupofnewsuppliersaswellasoptimisationofexistingsupplierbaseintermsofcostreductionandperformanceimprovement.

4)RFQandcostcomparison/analysis.

5)Negotiationandcontractmanagement.

6)Developmentandexecutionofsupplierstrategies,incl.riskmanagement.

7)Supportinqualityrelatedtopicssuchastechnicaldiscussions,partsrelease,etc.

8)Closecooperationwithotherplantswithinproductionandlogisticsnetwork.

2.InnovationandChange

1)Createsuggestionsforimprovementforappliedproceduresandimplementedprocessesasaresultofdailywork.

2)Supportthefurtherdevelopmentbyimplementingimprovementswithinthecategories

butalsoincooperationwithotherdepartments.

3)Systematicproblemsolvingandhighlyinnovationapproachintermsofcostoptimization,quality,deliveryissuesfromsupplierside.

3.Communicationwithinternaland/orexternalCustomers,SuppliersaswellasThirdParties

1)Frequentlyreporttothedepartmentmanageraboutactivitiesandresults.

2)Frequentlycommunicateandmaintaincloserelationshipwithsuppliers.

3)Occasionallycommunicateandmaintaincloserelationshiptootherdepartmentsofthetwolocations,especiallyproduction,materialrequirementplanningandR&D.

4)Occasionallycommunicateandmaintainrelationshiptoleadbuyers/commoditymanagerswithinworldwide.

Qualifications

1.AtleastTechnicalBachelordegree(mechanicalengineeringpreferably).

2.CET-4English,skilledMSofficeandERPsystem(SAP).
