篇2:環境保護主管安全生產職責

1、檢查各單位執行國家有關環保的法規、政策、方針以及公司有關環保規定的執行落實情況。

2、協助各單位技術管理人員及有關部門起草環保設施運行操作規程和環保規章制度,經本部經理審查后,報主管生產副總批準后實施。

3、每月要對各單位環保情況進行抽查匯總,并記錄存檔。

3.1檢查各單位領導對環保的重視情況。

3.2檢查各單位排污、塵毒監測超標情況。

3.3檢查各單位環保設施運行情況,發現問題及時處理,處理不了的及時上報。

4、負責對各單位的排污、環保設施運行情況按規定每月進行嚴格考核。

5、對環保設施效能下降,不進行維修或閑置不用致使有害物質超標排放的單位,提出處罰意見。

6、參與公司新、擴、改建等工程的“三同時”工作,提出防止污染的建議。

7、發生污染事故及時向本部經理和有關部門報告,參與污染事故的調查分析,并編寫污染事故報告。

8、建立完善環保基礎資料、臺帳及各種記錄。

9、負責公司環保年報、月報統計工作,做好清潔文明工廠復查驗收等工作。

10、有權對不按時開、停環保設施人員按規定進行處罰、制止。

11、有權對環保有功人員或破壞環保設施人員提出獎勵或處罰意見。
