篇2:清理線機械手操作工安全操作規程

1、未經培訓考核合格人員不得操作機械手。打開鑰匙開關后,要緊握操作手柄,使主動臂基本平行后再打開帶燈的按鈕開關。

2、檢查回轉區域內是否有人員或障礙,確認正常后方可操作;

3、夾持鑄件牢靠后方可往料斗上放,不超高,并要擺放整齊以防進入熱處理爐后掉下損壞爐體。

4、開車時集中精力,旋轉時注意周圍安全,轉到極限位置時要注意減速。

5、不超載夾持物體,經常檢查各關鍵部位潤滑情況。機械手前爪在爪取鑄件時用力不可過大,以防損壞驅動馬達。

6、油溫過低要開機自動加溫或無負載慢速動作加溫,待油溫超過15℃時再進行工作。

7、停機時要把機械手牽引到停放位置上,切斷鑰匙開關,并取下鑰匙,同時關閉主開關。

篇3:木工機械手刨機安全操作規程

(1)應明確規定,除專業木工外,其他工種人員不得操作。

(2)應檢查刨刀的安裝是否符合要求,包括刀片緊固程度,刨刀的角度,刀口出空面高度等。刀片的厚度、重量應均勻一致,刀架、夾板必須平整貼緊,緊固刀片的螺絲應嵌入槽內不少于10mm。

(3)設備應裝按鈕開關,不得裝扳把開關,防止開機。閘箱距設備不大于3m,便于發生故障時,迅速切斷電源。

(4)使用前,應空轉運行,轉速正常無故障時,才可進行操作。刨料時,應雙手持料;按料時應使用工具,不要用手直接按料,防止木料移動手按空發生事故。

(5)刨木料小面時,手按在木料的上半部,經過刨口時,用力要輕,防止木料歪斜時手按刨口傷手。

(6)短于20㎝的木料不得使用機械。長度超過2m的木料,應由兩人配合操作。

(7)刨料前要仔細檢查木料,有鐵釘、灰漿等物要先清除,遇木節、逆茬時,要適當減慢推進速度。

(8)需調整刨口和檢查維修時,必須拉閘切斷電源,待完全停止轉動后進行。

(9)臺面上刨花,不要用手直接檫抹,周圍刨花應及時清除。

(10)電平刨的使用,必須裝設靈敏可靠的安全防護裝置。目前各地使用的防護裝置不一,但不管何種形式,必須靈敏可靠,經試驗認定確定可以起到防護作用。
