小學會計出納工作職責
一、會計人員工作職責
㈠按照國家財務(wù)制度的規(guī)定,認真編制并嚴格執(zhí)行財務(wù)計劃、預算,遵守各項收入制度和收費標準,遵守費用開支范圍和開支標準,分清資金渠道,合理使用資金,從經(jīng)費角度上保證教學計劃的完成。
㈡按照國家會計制度的規(guī)定記帳、算帳、報帳,做到手續(xù)完備,內(nèi)容真實,數(shù)字準確,帳目清楚,日清月結(jié)。按要求編制會計報表,按期上報,妥善保管會計憑證、帳簿、報表等檔案資料。
㈢按照勤儉建國,勤儉辦事的.原則,定期檢查、分析預算執(zhí)行情況,挖掘增收節(jié)支潛力,考核經(jīng)費使用效果,發(fā)現(xiàn)浪費現(xiàn)象,及時向領(lǐng)導提出改進措施。
㈣遵守、宣傳、維護國家財務(wù)制度和財經(jīng)紀律,認真執(zhí)行《會計法》,保護公共財產(chǎn)安全,同一切違法亂紀行為作斗爭。
㈤按月做好經(jīng)費分類帳,了解和掌握專項經(jīng)費的情況。
二、出納人員工作職責
㈠根據(jù)國家發(fā)展事業(yè)的方針批準的計劃和預算,及時合理地供應資金,正確執(zhí)行單位預算計劃。貫徹艱苦創(chuàng)業(yè),勤儉節(jié)約的方針,堅持少花錢多辦事,充分發(fā)揮資金使用的經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益,積極促進教育事業(yè)計劃的圓滿完成。
㈡遵守各項收入制度和收費標準,遵守費用開支范圍和開支標準,嚴格按照財務(wù)制度、現(xiàn)金管理制度、銀行結(jié)算制度以及財務(wù)工作規(guī)范辦理各種收付款業(yè)務(wù)。
