MAJORRESPONSIBILITIES

-Leadateamtoworkwithcustomer;help/trainteammembersontechniqueside

-Wellcommunicationwithcustomertofigureoutcustomer'stechrequirement;

-Evaluatecustomersoriginalinput,providecounterproposalandnegotiatewithcustomer;

-MakeRFdesignforcertainproject;

-PrepareRFsample,approvalsheet,RFtestinstruction,withPM/ME;

-WorkwithME/PMforalldesigndocumentationfromRFside;

-ProactivelyinvolveprojectactivitiesforRFandgeneralprojectsissue;

-Supportproductionlineforalldesignissueevenafterdesignrelease.Supportproductionlinefornon-designissueperreporter'sarrangement.

任職要求:

-UniversitydegreemajorinRFdiscipline;

-Atleast3yearsRFdesignexperienceinmassproductionindustryispreferable;

-RFknowledge,ISO9000,ProductCreationProcedure;

-Workwithteammemberwithdifferentindividualnatural;

-Arrangemulti-taskinmeantimeinastructureandprofessionalway;

-Goodtimemanagementandskillsincommunication,negotiation,decisionmaking;

-Oral/writtenEnglish,teamwork,constructive,proactive.
