職責(zé)描述:

1.負(fù)責(zé)公司智能硬件產(chǎn)品射頻天線設(shè)計(jì),調(diào)試,優(yōu)化,測試工作;

2.負(fù)責(zé)解決智能硬件產(chǎn)品整機(jī)天線射頻干擾問題,確保天線性能指標(biāo)達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)要求;

3.負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品試制過程中的技術(shù)確認(rèn)、工裝設(shè)計(jì)、工藝確認(rèn)及不良現(xiàn)象的分析;

4.負(fù)責(zé)編寫歸檔天線的設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)報(bào)告及測試報(bào)告。

任職要求:

1、通信、電子、物理等理工科專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷;

2、兩年以上的天線設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉天線設(shè)計(jì)原理;

3、熟練使用常用工程制圖軟件(CAD)或其他失量圖繪制工作軟件;

4、熟練掌握HFSS、ADS、CST等微波仿真軟件任意一種;

5、有責(zé)任心,良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神,較強(qiáng)的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力。

2、具有3年及以上基站天線設(shè)計(jì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)(有三大運(yùn)營商成功招標(biāo)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮),(TDD及FDD天線設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者均可);

3、具備電磁場與電磁波理論、微波技術(shù)、天線設(shè)計(jì)原理等理論基礎(chǔ);

4、精通使用相關(guān)的仿真軟件(HFSS/CST/ADS等)了解和熟悉天線的設(shè)計(jì)、仿真及驗(yàn)證,能完成一般難度項(xiàng)目的天線設(shè)計(jì);
