篇2:網絡管理工程師崗位職責內容

1.負責全省網絡告警分級分類和派發的規范制定,定期進行評審和更新。

2.負責對全網不同廠家的設備告警進行合理的設置,統一規范,科學、有效地發現對網絡運行有影響的告警。

3.負責全省網絡故障工單的分類分級和統計處理的跟蹤支持。

4.負責整合全網故障的統計數據進行分析,提出整改措施和跟蹤驗證。

5.負責根據值班班組的結構,制定相對應的告警過濾器。

6.負責協調、指揮各部門進行重大故障的處理,隨時跟進故障處理進度。

7.負責全省監控終端口令、軟件版本JP地址、用戶權限管理、屏保模板、應用程序密碼的管理。

8.負責定期組織各級維護人員對網絡的重大、疑難故障分析的處理過程,解決方案進行學習,提高轄區維護人員的故障分析處理能力。
