售后工程項目崗位職責

售后工程項目管理崗浙江吉利控股集團浙江吉利控股集團有限公司吉利汽車新品售后工程,是聯接產品研發工程與市場服務保障的重要紐帶,通過同步參與NPDS產品研發過程,開展售后工程的相關工作,為售后服務市場提供堅實的技術保障,為售后服務滿意度打下堅實的基礎。

售后工程項目管理崗的職責:

1、負責與研究院大項目組建立售后工程接口,明確各項目售后工程的組織機構;

2、負責組織研究新品售后服務策略,包括維修策略、可維修性研究、備件拆分策略等,并向大項目組輸入市場售后服務的需求;

3、負責編制新品售后工程項目管控計劃,并納入到大項目組的管控計劃中;

4、負責協調、跟蹤售后工程各業務模塊的工作開展,并定期向服務公司領導及大項目組進行匯報;

5、負責對售后工程各業務模塊的交付物進行跟蹤管理,并對異常情況及項目風險進行管控;

6、負責對售后工程業務流程進行完善,并參與修訂《吉利汽車新品售后工程管控規程》;

崗位要求:

1、3-5年汽車行業相關工作經驗,有項目管理經驗;

2、熟悉汽車結構、原理相關知識;

3、熟練使用日常辦公軟件(Word,Excel,PPT等);

4、了解汽車設計開發流程,熟悉汽車售后服務需求;
