Monitorandcollectfeedbackfromthecustomersduringtheprojectimplementation,discussinternallyandimplementfurtherimprovementontheimplementationinordertoachievethehighestcustomersatisfactionlevel.

InitiateorderprocessingactivitiesforServicescontractsincludingsparepartsandserviceorders,monitordeliveries,planserviceassignmentsandissuetherelevantdocumentsexternallyandinternallyinanaccuratemanner.

HandleTechnicalOpenTopicsandCustomerComplaintsunderServicesprojects,defineappropriatesolutions,actionplansandmonitorresolvingprogress.Manageescalationstoensuretheissuesaresolvedaccuratelyandtimely.

Reviewprojects,collectfeedbackfromcustomersactivelyandmonitorthecustomersatisfaction.

Reviewandmakeprojectreportsforprojectimplementationstatus,keepthedocumentationupdated.

Providecompetitorinformationandmakesuggestionsforappropriatecountermeasures.

UseourERPsystem(SAPR/3)intensivelyforthedailybusiness,duetothehighlevelofstandardizationandautomation.

篇2:鄉(xiāng)人大代表執(zhí)行代表職務考核辦法

冷水關鄉(xiāng)人大代表執(zhí)行代表職務考核辦法一、根據(jù)《代表法》、《重慶市<代表法>實施細則》《重慶市委關于加強人大代表工作的若干意見》等的規(guī)定,結合冷水關鄉(xiāng)實際,制定本辦法。二、人大代表執(zhí)行職務要當政議政督政,須做到小組活動要參加、會議審議要發(fā)言、聯(lián)系選民要熱心。三、各代表小組組織代表參加人大會議,做到不缺席,不遲到,不早退(10分)。書面提出議案建議批評意見3條(10分),每增減1條增減5分。各代表小組有1名代表作審議發(fā)言(10分),每增加1名加5分。四、各代表小組按通知要求參加主席團會議,做到不無故缺席遲到早退(5分)。按照主席團會議議題的要求認真調查研究(10分),全年在主席團會議時作1次發(fā)言(15分),每增加1次加5分。五、各代表小組活動有規(guī)范的記錄(5分)。每名人大代表指導1―3名村民代表開展活動(5分)。有代表活動的經(jīng)費開支(5分)。全年召開代表小組活動4次,活動情況向主席團匯報,派選代表參加代表小組活動,其他代表無無故缺席情況(10分)。每名代表聯(lián)系選民戶10戶,并走訪征求意見1次以上(5分)。民主評選出優(yōu)秀代表(5分)。各代表小組為民辦實事1件以上(5分)。六、主席團根據(jù)以上標準評選先進代表小組3個,獎150元,合格代表小組4―6個,獎100元。先進代表若干名。可評選較差代表小組1―2個,凡被評為較差代表小組的不給獎,不納入先進村黨支部評選范圍,凡被評為先進代表小組的,該村作為評選先進村黨支部的重要依據(jù)之一。
