JobDescription:

1.負責通力電梯中國供應鏈給國外歐洲和中東區域的電梯投標報價工作,配合在該區域的電梯投標相關事宜。

ResponsiblefortheelevatorbiddingquotationfromKONEChinasupplychaintoEuropeandMiddleEast,cooperatewiththeelevatorbiddingintheregion.

2.接受國外銷售發過來的電梯規格,召開電話會議確認其所有的非標要求,逐條核對并確認。

Receivetheelevatorspecificationsfromoverseasales,callaconferencetoconfirmallnon-standardrequirements,checkandconfirmeachitem.

3.在中國供應線團隊內部與技術支持部門如電氣,機械工程師確認目前是否可以滿足這些非標要求,如果暫時不能滿足的該如何偏離成類似選項。

WithintheChinaSupplyLineTeamandwithtechnicalsupportdepartmentssuchasElectrical,MechanicalEngineersconfirmwhetherthesenon-standardrequirementscanbemetatpresentandhowtodeviatefromthemintosimilaroptionsiftheycannotbemettemporarily.

4.澄清好所有要求后開始用通力內部計價工具開始電梯各個部件的計價。

Afterclarifyingalltherequirements,wewillstartusingtheinternalforcevaluationtoolstostartthevaluationofallthecomponentsoftheelevator.

5.整合電梯所有部位的價格,注明所有非標偏離點和注意事項,并以特定的報價書形式發送給前線。

Integratethepriceofallpartsoftheelevator,indicateallnon-standarddeviationsandprecautions,andsendthemtothefrontlineintheformofaspecificquotation.

6.在電梯投標過程中,銷售經常會遇到客戶要求變更后會發送變更需求反饋,接受到這些后,迅速給出變更后的報價的加價或者減價,如果變化較大,需要更新整個報價書。

7.如果變更后的要求是在通力中國供貨范圍之外的,需要聯系通力芬蘭總部尋求技術支持和報價方案,轉化匯率,加上關稅和增值稅等條件變更最新的報價書發給前線。

8.通力每年物料價格會變更兩次,需要維護更新所有報價工具里的價格標準。

9.其他報價部門需要配合別的部門所做的工作。

1.Bachelordegreeorabove,mechanicalrelatedmajor,2-3years’mechanicalindustryrelatedworkexperience

本科以上學歷,工科類專業畢業,2-3年制造業相關工作經驗

2.Brilliantunderstandingofmechanicalcomponent(materialprocessing,assembly,etc.)

了解機械零件(材料,加工,裝配等)

3.Excellentcommunicationskillandteamspirit,capableofproblemsolving
