部門總務崗位職責
崗位職責:1、負責部門財務方面工作;2、合理安排上級的日常工作事務;3、根據上級要求,跟蹤決議事項的推進;4、負責及時傳達上級的各項指示安排,起草上級交辦的商務文件;5、負責對外聯絡,媒體接待,接待訪問公司的重要來賓;6、做好部門會議紀要,備忘錄及其它文件的整理。;7、完成上級交辦的其他工作的督辦、協調及落實任務。任職要求:1、系統地學習過財務相關知識,有23年的財務相關工作經驗,具備相關財務上崗證書;2、工作認真細致,有條理性、邏輯性,良好的職業素養和職業操守;3、具有良好書面寫作及表達能力,具備團隊合作精神;4、熟練使用Word、Excel等文字處理軟件;5、較好英文聽、說能力。
