?該崗位要求利用手工噴槍或其他噴漆設備完成各種作品的防護涂料,油漆及表面飾材的噴涂。利用各種設備,混合材料,完成不同表面不同厚度指定量的噴涂,并利用膠帶或其他措施進行輔助,并嚴格按照危險化學品廢物等的安全要求清洗噴涂設備。

主要職責KeyResponsibilities
?利用各種手段完成除銹,油,灰塵,油漆等表面準備工作,包括噴砂,蒸汽,打磨,修補等;
?按照迪士尼演出標準完成表面精細處理;
?在油漆噴房和車間區域工作;正確穿戴PPE個人防護用品,如呼吸器,手套,安全眼睛等;
?利用噴砂車間進行噴砂工作;
?清潔噴嘴,氣管,油漆容器等設備設施;按照園區操作要求使用危險化學品;
?使用各種工具及維修維護工具,對設備設施進行日常的維護維修(油漆刷,輥,混漆設備,噴漆設備,鏟,打磨,梯子等);
?根據油漆方面的經驗對已有表面的油漆進行分析,并利用混漆,著色,調色,過渡等方法來進行油漆修補;
?完成塑料制品和玻璃鋼制品的油漆;
?使用腳手架,梯子和舉升機等,輔助以個人防護用品PPE安全完成登高作業;
?根據圖紙匯總材料要求和尺寸要求;
?利用迪士尼電子工作單系統完成指定工作;
?識別零件號,閱讀圖紙和文件,確保的準確性;利用各種資源開發供應商以完成新技術的應用;
?根據要求可推拉舉升23KG左右的零件,搬運15KG的工具設備;
?遵守安全承諾;
?保持工作環境整潔和有序化并遵守環保要求;
?認真開展并完成管理層要求的其他工作。

項目合作協議由：項目出資人(以下簡稱甲方)和項目技術負責人(以下簡稱乙方)

甲乙雙方本著公平、平等、互利的原則訂立合作協議如下：
第一條
甲乙雙方自愿合作經營塑膠和金屬油漆項目，總投資為20萬元，甲方以人民幣方式出資15萬元，乙方以人民幣出資5萬元及技術和客戶資源。
第二條
本合伙依法組成合伙企業，在合伙期間合伙人出資的為共有財產，不得隨意分割。合伙終至后，各合伙人的出資仍為個人所有，屆時予以返還。
第三條
本合伙企業經營期限為三年。如果需要延長期限的，在期滿前六個月辦理有關手續。
第四條
雙方共同經營，合伙人執行合伙事務所產生的收益歸全體合伙人，所產生的虧損或者民事責任由全體合伙人。
第五條
企業固定資產和盈余按照取得的銷售凈利潤的甲方60%、乙方40%的比例分配。
第六條
企業債務按照甲方60%、乙方40%比例負擔。任何一方對外償還債務后，另一方應當按比例在十日內向對方清償自己負擔的部分。
第七條
每年項目產品總銷售利潤的百分之十進行固定投入。銷售利潤分紅，一年結算
第八條
本協議未盡事宜，雙方可以補充規定，補充協議與本協議有同等效力。

第十條
自協議簽訂之日起，乙方需要負責技術和市場開發及售后跟進，甲方負責管理及日常事務。

第十二條
爭議處理
1、對于執行本合同發生的與本合同有關的爭議應本著友好協商的原則解決;

第十三條
本協議到期后，雙方均未提出終止協議要求的，視作均同意繼續合作，本協議繼續有效，如果
不再繼續合作的，退出方應提前三個月向另一方提交退出的書面文本，并將己方的有關本合同項目的資料及客戶資源都應交給另一方。
第十四條
違約處理
如果一方違反本合同的任何條款，非違約方有權終止本合同的執行，并依法要求違約方賠償損害。
第十五條
協議解除
1、一方合伙人有違反本合協議的，另一方有權解除合作協議
2、合作協議期滿
3、雙方同意終止協優議的
4、一方合伙人出現法律上問題及做對企業有損害的，另一方有權解除合作協議
第十六條
未盡事宜，雙方可再協商補充協議，補充協議同等本協議有效
