Accountabilities職責描述：

1.Conductrelateddailytestingandtestmethoddevelopment,suchasmicrobelimittesting,sterilitytesting;

執行日常的相關測試和檢測方法的開發，如微生物限度檢測，無菌檢測，細菌內毒素檢測；

2.Befamiliarwithregularmicrobiologicalbasictestingmethods,suchasmedia/dilutionpreparation,mediagrowthpromotiontesting,Gramstaining,bacterialstrainmanagement;

熟悉相關微生物基本檢測方法，如培養基配制、稀釋，培養基促生長檢測，革蘭氏染色，菌種管理等；

3.Conductcleanroomroutineenvironmentalmonitoringandpurifiedwatersystemroutinemonitoring;

執行潔凈區域和純化水系統的日常環境監測；

4.Familiarwithrelatedtestequipment,likesterilitytestingsystem,endotoxintestsystem,,airbornemicrobesampler,airborneparticlesampler,autoclaveandsoon;

熟悉相應的測試儀器設備，如無菌檢測系統，細菌內毒素測試系統，浮游菌采樣器，粒子采樣器，滅菌設備；

5.Preparetestreportstosupportrawmaterial/product/plantfacilityandotherrelatedmaterialrelease;

準備支持原料、產品、廠房設施以及其他相關物料放行的相關報告；

6.Befamiliarwithproductiontest,plantfacilitymonitorrelatedrequirementsofregulations,likeCP,USP,GMP,GB,ISO;

熟悉產品測試，廠房設施監測相關的法規，如中國藥典，美國藥典，良好生產操作規范，中國國家標準，國際標準組織等；

7.DraftallQCrelatedSOPs,includingtestSOP,managementSOP,andupdatetheseSOPsbasingonthevalidationresultsortrendassayresultsorregulation;

編寫所有QC相關的SOP，包括測試SOP,管理SOP，并根據驗證結果或者趨勢分析結果或法規及時更新相關SOP；

8.OrderandmaintaintheconsumablesandreagentsusedinQCtesting;

采購并管理測試所需的試劑耗材；

9.OperateQCequipment,cooperatewithrelevantdepartmentstoconducttheequipmentcalibrationandmaintenancetimely;

使用QC相關儀器，和相關部門合作及時實施儀器的校驗和維護

10.Cooperatewithotherdepartmenttoconductrelatedvalidations,draftprotocols,performtheprocedures,analyzeandreporttheresults.Participateinrelateddeviation/OOSinvestigations,timelyreviewtheabnormalcases.

和其他部門合作進行相關的驗證工作，編制方案，實施檢測，分析并匯報結果。參與相關的偏差/OOS調查,及時回顧異常情況。

Qualifications職位要求：

1.BSdegreeinbiochemistry,microbiology,immunology,molecular/cellbiologyorarelateddisciplinewith2-3yearsofQCrelevantexperienceinvaccine/bio-pharmaceutical/nutritionindustry,orMSinrelateddisciplinewithatleastoneyearsofrelevantworkexperience;

生物化學、微生物學、分子、細胞生物或其他相關領域學士學位，2-3年疫苗、生物制藥或營養品等行

業QC相關工作經驗；或者相關領域碩士學位，至少1年相關工作經驗；

2.KnowledgeofstandardrequirementsforplantfacilitymonitoringandbasicbiologicaltestingasstatedbyGB,CP,GMP;

具有國標、中國藥典和GMP等法規關于廠房設施監測和基本生物檢測知識；

3.Workingknowledgeandhands-ontechnicalskillsoflab/Environmentalmonitoringoperationsandtestingmethodsinrelevantindustry,,suchasmicrobelimittesting,sterilitytesting,endotoxintesting,TOC,Conductivitytest;

有相關工業領域實驗室或者環境監測實操經驗，如微生物限度檢測，無菌檢測，細菌內毒素檢測，總有機碳，電導率測試；

4.bilitytoanalyzedata,troubleshoot,trainandworkcloselywithotherfunction.

具有數據分析、異常結果原因分析的能力，可以被培訓并能夠和其他部門同事共同合作。

職位描述：

薪酬總額=基本工資+績效工資+輔助工資+加班工資+社保單位部分。主要從事工作為工民建、市政道路，公路、水利等試驗檢測工作試驗檢測報告及相關文件、資料的整理，打印、歸檔檢測報告，文印等相關工作；工作地點荊州市沙市區荊州試驗室。工作情況簡介，原則上采用雙休或輪休，如有加班按照月工資平均到天后計算。有相關經驗的優先，家在荊州市的優先。

環境監測QA職位要求

1.有2年以上從事藥廠環境監測相關工作，熟悉潔凈室的進出流程；

2.具備微生物相關的專業知識，熟悉國內外法規要求；

3.熟練操作相關環境監測儀器，如懸浮粒子，浮游采樣儀等；

4.較強的分析問題的能力，做事認真、有一定的條理性；

5.英語水平4級或以上，有一定的英文閱讀和寫作基礎。

環境監測QA崗位職責

1.參與環境監測文件的起草、修訂及培訓；

2.負責潔凈區域（A/B/C/D）的日常環境監測；

3.環境監測數據的整理和趨勢分析，定期的質量回顧。
