KeyAccountabilities：

1)維護商業化生產基地驗證主計劃，動態維護驗證時間表。

2)督促各驗證小組，按驗證時間表完成各項驗證工作，如有延遲跡象立即向上級匯報，協調資源。

3)參與各系統生命周期內驗證文件的編寫或審核，如VP、URS、風險評估RA、DQ、FAT、SAT、IQ/OQ、PQ、CSV等。

4)以項目管理形式，跟進各子系統的驗證情況，定期向上級匯報進度。

5)參與溫度類設施設備的確認與驗證，包括文件起草、審核，及確認驗證的實施。

6)對確認與驗證過程中出現的偏差組織調查分析及變更評估。

7)督促方法學確認/驗證、工藝確認/驗證、清潔驗證、消毒劑驗證、運輸驗證的完成，審核方案與報告。

8)負責工廠公用工程、設施設備的驗證狀態維護，趨勢分析，定期回顧，督促再驗證工作的實施。

9)完成上級交付的其他工作任務。

Qualifications:

1.本科以上學歷，生物學，醫學等相關專業方向。

2.2-3年以上醫藥行業工作經驗，有實驗室管理經驗者優先。

3.熟悉生物學、醫學領域各種常用的試劑，耗材和設備，以及其供應商。

4.熟練掌握并能有效運用計算機及相關辦公軟件。

5.具備較高的職業素養和較強的責任心；善于與人溝通，富于團隊精神；執行能力強。
