職位描述：

職責：

1、根據(jù)部門經理安排，安裝任務委托單，編寫相應的產品測試計劃、方案；

2、完成新產品項目結構評審，安規(guī)風險評估，根據(jù)相關標準、編制測試大綱，檢驗內容和方法；

3、執(zhí)行測試工作，提交測試報告及原始記錄等相關的技術文檔；

4、對測試中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題進行分析，與開發(fā)人員討論缺陷解決方案；對不符合檢測工作進行跟蹤，實施糾正和預防措施驗證；

5、積極參與本專業(yè)的能力驗證、實驗室間比對工作和技術培訓，努力提高技術水平；

6、積極參與本專業(yè)的能力驗證、實驗室間對比工作和技術培訓，努力提高技術水平；

7、按主管安排的工作及時、高效、高質的完成各項工作任務；

8、完成領導交辦的其它事宜。

要求：

1、20--40歲，自動化、電子、機械等相關專業(yè)；

2、英語四級以上；

3、熟悉國際、國際家電標準；熟悉電器檢測基礎理論；熟悉ISO/IEC17025實驗室認可準則等方面知識；

4、有4-5年相同崗位工作經驗。

Responsibilities:

1、Studyandexecuteresearchandvalidationtestsforbatteryshellsandothernewproducts.

2、Supporttechnologycenterestablishing.

3、ExecuteValidationtestsforrefueling,venting,systemintegrationandmechanicalstrengthoffueltanksystemsinthemostprofessionalway,pertestspecificationsorbasedonagreementthewithrequesterCoordinateinternalandexternalfunctionaltestsregardingtiming,statusandcost.

4、Leadreportingandcorrectiveactiondiscussion,internallywiththecustomer.

5、Coordinatenationalandinternationaldevelopmentpartnersintheprojects.

6、Defineandspecifytestprocedures,equipmentandworkinstructionsfortestsinthefieldofprofessionincludingmechatronicstests.

7、CheckandevaluateproductandtestspecificationsinthequotationphaseSupportthesupervisorincalculatingtestandvalidationcostsforinternalandexternalquotation.

8、SupporttheTechnicalprojectleaderindesigningthesystemarchitecture.Providefunctionalexpertise.

9、SupportZero-Failure-StrategyreliablyandsubstantiallyEnsuresafetyandenvironmentprotectionatassignedfieldofactivity.Hostlab6Sifthesupervisorabsent.

10、EnsureknowledgeaboutandcompliancewithCustomerSpecific.Requirementsthroughoutyourteamandifnecessarydefinetrainingmeasures.

11、Extrarequirements:Electronicmodernlaboratoryexperienceispreferred.

Experience:
