1.ProvideoversightforoverallPDPadherence,raiseflagsasappropriate

2.LeadtheprojectDFMEAreviewfrommaterial,sub-assemblyandantennalevel,toidentifythedesignriskinadvance,asqualityperspective,followuptheissuestobesolvedwithrootcauseidentified.

3.LaunchNewProductDevelopD/PFMEAintoRelyenceFMEAtooldatabase

4.DeveloptheprojectCTQfrommaterial,assembly,test,andtransfertoNPIandOps.

5.ReviewandescalateissuedrelatedtodesignfromNPI,test,operationandcustomer,leadtheRCAanalysisandsolutions,noticeextendedplantsaboutmaterialandantennadisposition

6.Ensuringthatlessonslearnedaregatheredandarefeedbackintonewdevelopmentactivities.

7.MakesurePDPandrelatedglobalprocedureimplementduringthewholedesignphase,monitorandauditthereleasedprojects,identifykeygapsanddevelop/upgradePDPprocessesbyworkingwithkeystakeholderstomeetandadapttothecurrentmarketenvironment.

8.Communicatetocrossteamanyopportunityfordesignandqualityoptimizationasqualitymatter.

9.Providethenecessaryinternalandexternaltrainingtodesignandrelatedteamaboutobligatoryprocedureandrequirements.

10.Identifythecurrentlyprocedureandprocessgapsfromtherolloutexperience,definetheactionstoimproveprocessvalueandeffect.

11.Initiateanddefinethenewprocedureandflowcharttomeetnewdesignenvironments.

12.Asdesignqualityperspective,usetheexactlytooltoimproveandprovethedesignperformanceandstability,asCPK,D/PFMEA,WI,SPC,RCA,CP,CTQ,lessonlearned,gatereviews,DFM/A,Designstandards(RF&ME&Electronics).

13.LeadtheDMAICprojectwithcrossedteamtodrivecontinuousimprovementinthedesignandtoMaterials,Processes,Products.

14.DrivetheDynamicControlPlanwithinternalandexternalresourcesandreviewwithGlobalteamsregularly.

15.SupportOpsteamandotherplantfeedbacksonanydesignimprovementandoptimization.

1.MinimumofaBachelor’sDegreeinEngineeringorarelatedTechnicalfield.

2.WorkingknowledgeofbasicandadvancedQualitytoolssuchas;TQM,SixSigma,SPCdataanalysisskills,FMEA,ControlPlans,8Ds,RootCauseAnalysis,PokaYoke,etc.

3.WorkingknowledgeofISO9001/TL9000QualityManagementSystemStandards.

4.Preferably3-5yearsormoreofpreviousQualityexperience,preferablywithinadesignandLeanenvironment.

5.6sigmagreenbeltcertificationrequirementaspreference,timerproandcontinueimprovementIEtool/skillsarestrongdesired.
