.診斷服務
1)負責定期和不定期對在線監測的設備進行數據分析，并編寫分析報告。
2)負責培養和指導診斷工程師技能提升。
3）負責某個行業的在線監測方案的輸出。
職位要求：
1.行業專長
1）石油化工、煤化工、電力、造紙、水泥、有色金屬（電解鋁、氧化鋁、碳素）等等行業8年以上工作經驗，一直從事設備振動監測、故障診斷或設備維修；
2）熟悉所從事行業關鍵工藝流程，熟悉各關鍵流程中的關鍵設備；
3）熟悉所從事行業各類（離心式、往復式、水環式等）電機、泵和壓縮機等的故障機理，有豐富的故障診斷案例積累。
或者
2.設備專長
1）對電機各部件機械、電氣故障機理了解，能夠分析診斷電機的各類故障，提供維修建議；
2）電力、煤化工、石化、造紙、水泥等行業從事大機組（蒸汽輪機、壓縮機、或低速重載設備）的設備管理、故障診斷工作經歷；
3）從事大機組設備點巡檢管理、振動監測，設備運行維護等；
4）了解大機組（汽輪機組、壓縮機組）常見故障及處理，有豐富的診斷和維修經驗。
5）對大機組在線監測系統、DCS/SCADA等生產控制系統了解，熟練操作。
關鍵勝任素質：做事認真細致，善于邏輯分析；
工作經驗：8年以上機械設備故障診斷工作經驗，對某行業工業設備有深入了解

Experience
