Qualification:

省中醫(yī)院超聲醫(yī)學科服務規(guī)范

1、提前開機，掛牌上崗。接診主動熱情，態(tài)度和藹，語言文明，耐心解答病人咨詢，解說清楚檢查要求。

2、認真履行崗位職責，嚴格執(zhí)行查對制度，注意申請檢查醫(yī)師的要求，細心檢查可疑部位，避免差錯。

3、嚴格執(zhí)行操作規(guī)程，對異性病人進行檢查時，要嚴格執(zhí)行有關規(guī)定。

4、及時告訴病人取報告的時間及地點。報告單簽名或印章清晰。

5、在接待病人時不閑談說笑。

6、提供24小時急診檢查服務。超聲檢查項目自檢查開始到出具結果時間原則上≤30分鐘。

篇3:超聲波壓花機安裝

1.拆卸包裝，檢查設備表面和各部分有無損傷的痕跡，檢查螺絲是否松動，電氣接頭是否鎖緊，配件是否齊全。

2.設備應安放在平整的硬地面上，要求花邊機背離熱源至少0.5米，并要確保花邊機前后至少有1米，左右至少有0.5米的空間，以便操作。

3.核對發(fā)振箱背上標牌的電壓要求，并要確保系統(tǒng)接地良好。

4.將設備與電源及氣源連接，注意要先將電源開關關斷。注意本機的電壓要求：AC220V，50-60Hz

5.空氣管路接于干凈且不含潤滑劑的壓縮空氣源，額定工作氣壓為0.6MPa。使用說明

新機使用前，必須閱讀力勁超聲波壓合機說明書，并熟知本說明書之內容。

1.機械各部功能說明

1）調整螺帽:限制氣缸行程長短距離。

2）壓輪氣缸:控制壓輪上升和下降。

3）壓輪開關：壓輪控制開關,在機頭左側。單擊壓輪下降

4）模架:固定花輪。

5）花輪:縫合,裁切加工件之模具。

6）冷卻風扇:散熱振動子溫度,使其能長時間工作。

7）花輪氣缸:控制花輪上升和下降。

8）機頭:固定花輪的傳動機構。

9）氣壓表:表示花輪加在工件上的壓力氣壓。

10）氣壓閥:依據實際需要做氣壓調整,調整后螺帽要鎖緊。調整范圍一般在1～10Kg/cm²之間。

11）臺面板：加工工件的平臺。

12）發(fā)振箱:控制機臺的動作程序。

13）振筒:固定振動子與鋼模。

14）機架:支撐機臺本體。

15）腳踏板：在右腳位置，控制花輪和鋼模的運轉。

16）花輪踏板：在左腳位置，控制花輪升降。

2.發(fā)振箱功能說明：

1)振幅顯示器：

其功能是指超聲波振子和鋼模之間的諧振是否合適。旋轉音波調整旋鈕，能使讀數變化。一般調整到50以下。

2）電流表：

指示超聲波的工作電流。空載時表示焊頭與系統(tǒng)諧振的狀態(tài),一般正常為0.4～0.6A,依輸出功率的大小而異,負載時,因壓著面積和花輪和復雜、大小而定,通常由1.0～2.5A。

3）功率輸出：

調整輸出功率大小，調到不同的文件位，電流表讀數會有變化。

4）上模速度：

調整花輪轉速高低。數字越大轉速加快，速度越快；反之速度降低。

5）下模速度：

調整超聲波鋼模轉速高低。數位越大轉速加快；反之速度降低。

6）手動/自動開關：

打到自動檔位，花輪和鋼模自動運轉;打到手動開關，花輪和鋼模的運轉是由右腳的腳踏板控制的，踏下腳踏板花輪和鋼模開始工作，松開腳踏板花輪和鋼模即停止運轉。

7）超載指示：

紅色指示燈亮，表示設備超載。此時應該立即停機，檢查原因待故障排除后，方可繼續(xù)工作。

8）音波調整：

調整超聲波振動子和鋼模之間的諧振狀態(tài)。順時針或逆時針轉動旋鈕，振幅表讀數會改變，前已有述，正常讀數一般在50以內。

9）音波測試：

功能是測試超聲波是否正常。按下音波測試開關1～2秒鐘，看超載指示燈是否亮，振幅表、電流表讀數是否在正常范圍內。

10）電源開關：

控制整機電源。開關自帶紅色指示燈，打開時紅色燈亮。
