輪班QA

JobResponsibilities:

對現場生產活動進行監督（例如關鍵工藝步驟、開放操作），及時提醒和糾正操作人員的不合規操作，增強生產操作員的GMP意識，確保現場生產活動的GMP符合性。

抽查生產現場相關文件、記錄，確保生產記錄符合數據完整性的要求。對生產準備的打碼空白記錄進行確認并加蓋QA章。

對生產現場進行符合性檢查，確保現場的各種標識、儀表、設備狀態等符合GMP要求。

定期對廠房的清潔狀況和其他設備/設施的維護狀況進行檢查、確保其狀態良好，對潔凈間的清場效果進行抽查，及時與當班生產負責人及時溝通發現的問題并敦促其解決。

審核生產部門的相關操作規程/指引，協助項目QA審核批記錄、跟進偏差調查和生產現場糾正措施的實施情況。

協助清洗QA，在夜班或節假日放行清潔后軟管、潔凈間及需要由QA目視檢查的小件物品

與項目QA協作，跟進生產指令的簽發和相關文件的打印和發放。

對于內部審計或外部審計產生的缺陷項，現場確認改進措施的實施情況。

Requirements:

本科學歷，制藥、化工相關專業

制藥化工行業2年以上質量管理工作經驗

熟悉cGMP,ICHQ7等，熟悉原料藥的質量管理體系

大學英語4級以上、口語流利，熟練應用office軟件

積極主動，優秀的溝通協調能力，優秀執行力
