JobResponsibilities

-DirectandplantheoperationaleffortsoftheInjection/Stamping/toolshopdepartmentstoensurecompliancewithcompanypoliciesandpracticesinareassuchassafety,ISOaswellasanynecessaryregulatorycompliance.

-Createandmaintainasafeworkingenvironment.

-Monitor,trackandanalyzeproductionefficienciesinManufacturing.

-Meetoperationalneedsandrequirementswithinbudget.

-DriveOperationalExcellence,Leantools,bestpracticesandcontinuousimprovement.

-Supervise,scheduleandmanageallaspectsoftheMoldingdepartment,Stampingandtoolshop

ImprovedepartmentefficiencybyworkingwithEngineeringtodevelopandimplementmoldingautomation.

-Managedepartmentprofitabilitybyimprovingfirsttimeyieldandreducingmaterialwaste.

-PushtheimprovementofprocessesthroughuseofLeantoolsandbycreatingandsustainingacontinuousimprovementenvironment.

-Keepthedepartmentcleanandensureitiscustomerreadyatalltimes.

-Trainandcross-trainemployeesonanongoingbasis.

-Maintainthepreventativemaintenancescheduleforallmachinesandauxiliaryequipment

Requirement：

-Bachelordegree,withmajorinplasticsortoolingengineeringispreferred

-Minimumof8yearsinanInjectionMoldingenvironment,automotivepreferred

-Demonstratedleadershipskillswithaminimumof3years’experienceinamanufacturingmanagerroleisrequired

-Mustbehighlyorganizedandbecomfortablewithafastpacedmanufacturingenvironment.

-StrongKnowledgeofInjectionMoldingprocessandpolymers.

-Abilitytocoachandmentorwithstrongleadership,organizationalandcommunicationskills.

-UnderstandingofqualitystandardsISO9001,IATF16949andhealth&safetyregulations.

-FluentwrittenandverbalcommunicationinEnglish.

注塑項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理海門市中德電子發(fā)展有限公司海門市中德電子發(fā)展有限公司,海門市中德職責(zé)描述:

1、負(fù)責(zé)注塑產(chǎn)品開發(fā)全過程的實(shí)施和管理(項(xiàng)目管理);

2、評(píng)估項(xiàng)目項(xiàng)目可行性,制定項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃,滿足客戶需求,傳達(dá)和跟進(jìn)執(zhí)行,協(xié)調(diào)客戶關(guān)系和內(nèi)部關(guān)系;

3、評(píng)估新項(xiàng)目開發(fā)過程中所需資源狀況和品質(zhì)要求標(biāo)準(zhǔn),綜合客戶和公司內(nèi)部意見提出最優(yōu)協(xié)調(diào)意見并跟進(jìn)處理;

4、主導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管控,合理分配各階段各項(xiàng)工作任務(wù),確保項(xiàng)目有序合理進(jìn)行;

5、定期組織項(xiàng)目會(huì)議,檢討人員、物料、品質(zhì)、成本、客戶反饋信息等狀況,采取有效措施,控制成本,提高客戶滿意度;

6、做好項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)把控。

任職要求:

1、大專及以上學(xué)歷,機(jī)械或模具設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)專業(yè);

2、5年以上項(xiàng)目管理能力和決策力經(jīng)驗(yàn);

3、熟悉注塑行業(yè),會(huì)看模具圖紙,熟悉模具結(jié)構(gòu)以及加工工藝,熟悉UG等設(shè)計(jì)軟件。
