GeneralSummary:

Responsibilitiescoverbothoperationsandsalesfunctions.

OPERATIONFUNCTION

?BusinessManagerisresponsibleforoverallmanagementofcustomeraccountsinthenominatedarea.Theobjectiveoftheroleistoensurethatthecompanyisthecustomers’naturalchoiceforQualityManagementservicesbyexceedingtheirexpectations.

?Responsiblefortheday/daymanagementofthenominatedaccountsincludingtheforecastingandachievementofbusinessrevenueobjectivesandBMIs.

?EstablisharegularliaisonwiththeCustomerstobuildlongtermrelationshipsandfurtherintegrationbythedevelopmentandimplementationofappropriatethecompanyservicestomeetidentifiedcustomerneeds.

?SupportthegrowthoftheGroupactivitiesbyleadingstaffincontinuallyseekingandreportingoncompetitoractivitiesandotherpotentialsalesleads

?ResponsibleforthesetupofCustomerprojectsensuringthecontractagreementsareclearlydocumentedandformallyagreedbetweenGPChinaandtheCustomer.

?ManagethedaytodayactivitiesinthedesignatedoperationsareaensuringthattheCustomerexpectationsareprofessionallymetbyallstaffrigorouslyworkinginaprofessionalsafeandefficientmannerconsistentwithNationallegislation,Groupstandards,andindividualprojectrequirements.

?Ensurethatallcompanyemployeesunderhis/hercontrolworkingintheAccountshavetheappropriateinduction(inc.HSEandQuality),materials,documentation,andunderstandingtoensurethecustomerrequirements.

?Ensuretherequiredcontrolonemployeeuniforms,materialsandtoolingissueandreturn

SALESFUNCTION

?Managesalesofthecompany’sproductsandservicesinwithinadefinedgeographicarea,provinceorcountry.Ensuresconsistent,profitablegrowthinsalesrevenuesthroughpositiveplanning.Identifiesobjectives,strategiesandactionplanstoimproveshort-andlong-termsalesandearnings.

?Managesanassignedgeographicsalesareatomaximizesalesrevenuesandmeetcorporateobjectives.

?Establishesandmanageseffectiveprogramstocompensate,coach,appraiseandtrainpotentialsalespersonnel.

?Accuratelyforecastsannual,quarterlyandmonthlyrevenuestreams.

?Developsspecificplanstoensurerevenuegrowthinallcompany’sservices.

?Providesmonthlyresultsassessmentsofsales.

?Coordinatespropercompanyresourcestoensureefficientandstablesalesresults.

?Establishespersonalcontactandrapportwithtopechelondecision-makers.

?Interpretsshort-andlong-termeffectsonsalesstrategiesinoperatingprofit.
