?Maintainstestequipmentandinstruments,followingestablishedprocedures.

?Answersquestionsofphysiciansandnursesconcerninglaboratorytests,acceptscomplaints,andinitiatescorrectiveactions.

?Trainsnewemployeesthelaboratorytechniques.

?Giveslecturesonlabtesttechniquesorrelateddiseasesinlaboratory.

?Participatesineducationclassandcontinuingeducationprograms.Attendsworkshops,seminars,andlecturestokeepcurrentonnewinstrumentation,techniquesandproceduresasassignedbythechair.
