職責描述：

1.查閱相關靶點的基礎研究和臨床研究資料；

2.參加學術活動和培訓，獲取相關項目的最新研究進展和專業技能；

3.熟悉項目的臨床前研究結果，常與臨床前研究部門密切溝通交流，積極參與或了解臨床前研究的相關工作，并從中獲取重要信息：包括藥理學，毒理學，藥代動力學等研究結果，為I期臨床方案的設計奠定基礎；

4.協助項目經理完成Ⅰ期臨床試驗（包括耐受、藥代、等效等）方案設計、總結報告撰寫等工作，配合省局現場核查及評審答辯等；

5.組織、實施所負責的Ⅰ期臨床試驗工作，遵照研究方案、GCP及公司SOP要求，調研篩選中心，啟動、監查和結束臨床試驗；

7．負責檢查并報告試驗進度和質量，發現問題、分析問題、與臨床醫生溝通并共同商議解決方案，且加以實施解決出現的問題；

8.維護與臨床研究單位及相關專家的良好合作關系，協調試驗各方關系。

職位要求：

1.性別不限，年齡20-40歲；

2.碩士及以上學歷，臨床藥理、藥代、臨床醫學等相關專業；

3.應屆畢業生或1年以上早期臨床研究工作經驗者優先；

4.熟悉臨床前研究方法，能熟練解讀臨床前藥毒理數據；

5.做事認真、仔細，積極、獨立的工作能力，系統的文獻檢索能力；

性格開朗，精力充沛，富有激情。
