TheOfficer,HumanResourceswillberesponsibleforday-to-dayexecutionoftheHumanResourcesDivisionactivitiesincludingbutnotlimitedtoon-boardingofnewstaffmembers,payrolladministration,benefitsadministration,HRISadministration(humanresourcesrecords,attendancerecords,leaveandovertimerecords),etc.,asperthepoliciesandprocessesoftheBank.TheOfficer,HumanResourceswillbereportingtotheChief,HumanResources.
Specificresponsibilitiesincludebutnotlimitedto:
Manageend-to-endon-boardingofthenewstaffmembersintheBank.Assistininductionprogramforthenewstaffmembers.
Performday-to-dayerrorfree,ontimepayrollandbenefitsadministrationandprocessingfunctionwhileensuringcompliancewithallpolicies,guidelinesandprocessesoftheBank.Ensuretimelydata,includingaddition,deletionorchanges,isprovidedtothepayrollandbenefitsvendorasperthecutoffdates.
MaintainrecordsofstaffmembersintheBank’shumanresourcesinformationsystem.
MaintaindocumentationforallbenefitsprovidedbytheBank.
Gather/collateallqueriesfromtheinternalstakeholdersonpayrollandbenefitsandaddress/resolvethemappropriately.
Maintainpersonalfilesandrecordsofstaffmembersonaconfidentialbasis.
PrepareperiodicstandardisedreportsasrequiredbytheChief,HumanResources.
Liaisewiththemedicalinsurance,retirementplanvendorforenrollmentanddisbursals,providewithandgatheralltheformsandinformationrequiredfromtheinternalstakeholders.
Prepareemploymentcertificates,addressprooflettersandotherrelateddocuments.
Assistintheofferlettersextension,asperthepoliciesandprocessesoftheBank
Assistinemployeerelationsandemployeeengagementactivitiesfromtimetotime.
AssistindevelopmentandimplementationofHRpoliciesandprocessesoftheBank.
Ensurethatallhumanresources,includingnewstaffmembers,areawareoftheHRpoliciesandprocessesoftheBank.
Assistinoff-boardingprocessofstaffmembers.
AssistinrecruitmentactivitiesoftheBankfromtimetotime.
Otherdutiesandresponsibilitiesassignedfromtimetotime.
Positionrequirements
·Minimumof3yearsofrelevantprofessionalexperience.
·Hands-onexperienceinoneormoreHRrelatedareasofHRprocessesadministration,payrollmanagement,employeerelations,HRinternalservices,etc.
·Abilitytoworkwithindividualsfromdifferentculturalbackgroundsfosteringaclimateofteamworkandcollaboration.
·Goodworkingknowledgeofprocedures,formatsandstandardsrelevantintheperformanceofresponsibilities.
·Provenexperienceinworkingunderstrongdeadlines.
·Problem-solving,communication,conflictmanagementandinterpersonalskillswithhighresilienceanddriveinachievingobjectivesandgoals.
·ProvenabilitytocommunicateeffectivelyinEnglish(writtenandverbal).
·Bachelor’sDegreefromareputeduniversitypreferablyinHumanResources.
