職責(zé)描述：

1、依照檢測相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與方法，對產(chǎn)品、材料進行測試；

2、協(xié)助研發(fā)和生產(chǎn)部門完成各種實驗，并記錄報告；

3、周期內(nèi)完成已定項目的測試工作

4、實驗室設(shè)備的日常檢查和維護；

5、新的實驗測試方法的評估與驗證；

6、編制相關(guān)測試方法或設(shè)備的作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書；

7、試驗設(shè)備的定期標(biāo)定及管理；

8、全機及部件試驗現(xiàn)場配合工裝夾具安裝拆卸等。

職位要求：

1、分析化學(xué)、電化學(xué)、材料、電氣相關(guān)專業(yè)，具有相應(yīng)的電氣檢測或電化學(xué)基礎(chǔ)理論和專業(yè)知識，碩士以上優(yōu)先；

2、熟悉檢測建設(shè)與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，熟悉各種檢測設(shè)備性能與操作，有電子、電源類產(chǎn)品檢測經(jīng)驗為佳；

3、有使用萬能試驗機、疲勞試驗機、高低溫濕熱試驗箱等設(shè)備，及具備計量管理經(jīng)驗；4、有試驗現(xiàn)場工裝夾具安裝拆卸經(jīng)驗；

5、熟悉液壓系統(tǒng)及元器件原理；6、有三年以上分析測試工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮。
