職位描述：

職責描述：

1、依照檢測相關標準與方法，對產品、材料進行測試；

2、協助研發和生產部門完成各種實驗，并記錄報告；

3、周期內完成已定項目的測試工作

4、實驗室設備的日常檢查和維護；

5、新的實驗測試方法的評估與驗證；

6、編制相關測試方法或設備的作業指導書；

7、試驗設備的定期標定及管理；

8、全機及部件試驗現場配合工裝夾具安裝拆卸等。

職位要求：

1、分析化學、電化學、材料、電氣相關專業，具有相應的電氣檢測或電化學基礎理論和專業知識，碩士以上優先；

2、熟悉檢測建設與標準，熟悉各種檢測設備性能與操作，有電子、電源類產品檢測經驗為佳；

3、有使用萬能試驗機、疲勞試驗機、高低溫濕熱試驗箱等設備，及具備計量管理經驗；4、有試驗現場工裝夾具安裝拆卸經驗；

5、熟悉液壓系統及元器件原理；6、有三年以上分析測試工作經驗者優先考慮。

Responsibilities:

1、Studyandexecuteresearchandvalidationtestsforbatteryshellsandothernewproducts.

2、Supporttechnologycenterestablishing.

3、ExecuteValidationtestsforrefueling,venting,systemintegrationandmechanicalstrengthoffueltanksystemsinthemostprofessionalway,pertestspecificationsorbasedonagreementthewithrequesterCoordinateinternalandexternalfunctionaltestsregardingtiming,statusandcost.

4、Leadreportingandcorrectiveactiondiscussion,internallywiththecustomer.
