職位描述：

崗位職責(zé)：

1、根據(jù)公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，銷售戰(zhàn)略，制定并組織實施完整的銷售計劃，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)團隊將計劃轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)殇N售結(jié)果；

2、負責(zé)區(qū)域內(nèi)銷售業(yè)務(wù)拓展，業(yè)務(wù)接洽、咨詢及關(guān)系維護，完成銷售指標；

3、分解銷售任務(wù)指標，制定責(zé)任、費用評價辦法，制定、調(diào)整銷售運營政策；

4、銷售團隊建設(shè)，幫助建立、補充、發(fā)展、培養(yǎng)銷售隊伍；

5、進行客戶分析，挖掘用戶需求，開發(fā)新的客戶和新的市場領(lǐng)域

6、對所管轄區(qū)域內(nèi)平臺加盟外包人員的日常指導(dǎo)派工，確保安裝服務(wù)質(zhì)量；

7、其他日常工作。

職位要求：

1、大專以上學(xué)歷，汽修、機電、汽車電子等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先；

2、一年及以上汽車相關(guān)行業(yè)管理經(jīng)驗，有較好的汽車金融、汽車租賃及4S店行業(yè)的資源優(yōu)先

3、需具備市場營銷知識、汽車維修基礎(chǔ)知識；

4、能熟練操作計算機系統(tǒng)、有駕照，具備良好的駕駛能力；

5、具備優(yōu)秀的溝通能力和團隊合作精神，組建和培訓(xùn)團隊經(jīng)驗豐富

6、應(yīng)變能力強，商務(wù)溝通能力強，做事認真負責(zé)；

1,制定機電工程施工技術(shù)規(guī)范和要求,包括具體施工項目的技術(shù)規(guī)范和要求。
