崗位職責：

1、擬定公司戰略規劃：協助部門經理要求完成公司中長期的戰略規劃的擬定工作，協助完成戰略規劃調整方案及執行情況報告；

2、搭建戰略管理體系：協助部門經理搭建戰略管理體系，并不斷優化；

3、行業研究：組織完成行業信息月報、開展行業深度研究，為公司決策提供依據；

搭建行業生態圈，與設計院、總包方建立戰略合作伙伴關系；

3、督促和幫助子公司研發與生產與解決方案相適應的產品和技術；

4、可行性研究：根據公司業務發展需要，完成可行性研究報告編制；

5、領導交待的其它工作。

崗位要求：

1、學歷及專業要求：本科以上學歷，電氣、自動化、能源與動力工程、管理學、經濟學等相關專業；

2、計算機能力：熟悉使用Office；

3、工作經驗：5年以上；

4、基本職業能力：熟悉掌握戰略管理工具，邏輯性強，文字撰寫能力強；

5、特殊職業能力：對電力、電氣行業、綜合能源服務、節能服務、泛在電力物聯網等行業有一定了解；

6、個性特質：主動積極、擅于溝通、樂于學習；

7、英文水平：CET4級；

8、年齡和性別：25～40，不限；

9、其他：有相關工作經驗者優先。
