崗位職責:

1、完成合作客戶的接待、項目考察等,按要求編寫項目建議書及合同等,完成客戶開發(fā)工作。

設計咨詢師崗位職責

崗位職責:

1、負責公司項目售前咨詢服務,包括項目需求分析、技術交流引導和項目方案、招投標文件設計,指導項目技術架構設計與技術風險控制;

2、負責項目售前全生命周期管理,使項目售前方案及技術服務滿足項目各階段的進度、質量和目標要求;

3、負責行業(yè)市場和競爭分析。掌握目標行業(yè)和競爭對手動態(tài),在項目售前過程中確保競爭優(yōu)勢;

4、負責項目政策分析、調研、整體規(guī)劃與頂層設計;負責行業(yè)分析、預研及創(chuàng)新應用解決方案設計編制;

5.負責公司科研項目申報、實施工作

任職資格:

1、博士研究生,品學兼優(yōu)、身體健康,年齡在35歲以下;

2、具有消防工程、安全工程、工程熱物理、光學、環(huán)境工程、安全科學技術、計算機、電子系、自動化、公共管理相關學科專業(yè)背景,有消防安全與火災探測技術專業(yè)研究經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先;

3、具有較強的科研能力和敬業(yè)精神及論文寫作水平,在本學科重要學術期刊上發(fā)表過學術論文者優(yōu)先;

4、具有較強的中、英文書面和口頭表達能力;
