高級天線工程師傳音控股深圳傳音控股股份有限公司,Transsion,傳音控股,傳音集團,傳音崗位職責:

1、負責自研項目的天線評估;

2、跨部門溝通協調天線事宜;

3、解決項目研發過程中的難點問題;

4、沉淀和提煉過往項目的技術經驗。

崗位要求:

1、全日制本科及以上學歷,通信或電子類專業畢業;

2、五年以上手機天線研發經驗;

3、精通手機天線研發,有4G和金屬邊框天線研發經驗;

4、具有良好的溝通能力,學習能力,較強的責任心與抗壓能力。

篇2:基站天線研發工程師崗位職責

基站天線研發工程師崗位職責:

1、負責基站天線設計開發工作,包括:方案評估、天線研發調試與認證、技術規格書制作和產品技術支持等工作;

2、確保天線設計指標符合設計要求,并不滿足可靠性及一致性要求;

3、外部合作廠家的工作溝通、協調與推動;

4、與其他部門密切協作,保證產品相關目標按期實現。

任職要求:

1、通信、電磁場、微波、射頻、物理學等本科及以上相關專業;

2、具有3年及以上基站天線設計工作經驗(有三大運營商成功招標經驗者優先考慮),(TDD及FDD天線設計經驗者均可);

3、具備電磁場與電磁波理論、微波技術、天線設計原理等理論基礎;

4、精通使用相關的仿真軟件(HFSS/CST/ADS等)了解和熟悉天線的設計、仿真及驗證,能完成一般難度項目的天線設計;

5、熟練使用網絡分析儀等相關RF測試儀器;

6、有5G天線研發經驗優先。崗位職責:

篇3:天線測試工程師崗位職責

天線測試場測試工程師JOBREQUIREMENTS崗位要求:

1.Master’sdegreeoraboveinmicrowaveorradioengineeringdisciplineplus3+yearsofworkingexperienceonbasestationantennatest,especiallyonantennanearfieldandfarfieldrangetest.

2.Goodknowledgeonbasestationantennaproductsandrelatedtestingincludingpatterntest,PIMtestetc.Familiarwiththetestequipmentusedforantennatest.

3.Richexperiencewithnearfieldantennapatternmeasurement,includingMIMOantennarangetestetc.Understandthetheoryandmethodonpatterndatacollection/processing/calculation,near-to-farconversion,testerroranalysis,etc.

4.FamiliarwithNSI/Satimotestrangeincludingtestrangesetupsandcalibration.BeabletousesoftwaredevelopmenttoolorworkingwithsoftwareengineertogeneratetestscriptsordriveNSI/SatimoAPItooptimizeandautomatethemeasurementanddataprocessingforantennatestranges.SkillsonprogramminglanguagesuchasVB,C#,MATLABetc.isaplus.

5.Goodunderstandingontheparameters/specsofantennapattern,familiarwithBASTAstandardforantenna.

6.Strongself-studyability,willingtolearnandacceptnewskillswhichareneededinworking.Ateamplayer,alsohighlyself-motivatedanddirected.

7.GoodEnglishcommunicationskillsinverbalandwritten.

JOBRESPONSIBILITIES崗位職責:

1.Developanddeliverautomationtestsolutions(includingtestsoftware,testjigs,testprocedureandrelateddocumentations)tomeetthetestrequirementsandimprovetestaccuracy/coverage/efficiencyforbasestationantennaproducts.

2.Focusonantennatestrangeoptimization/automation.Optimizeorsecondarydevelopthetestrangetestsetup,sequence,methodtoimprovethemeasurementspeedandmaximumtheutilizationofexistingtestranges.

3.WorkwithR&Dantennadesignerstodeveloptoolsoftwaretoautomateantennadataprocessing,analysisandreporting.

4.Beresponsibleforglobalantennateststrategybytrackingthenewtestingequipment,technicsandmethod,andproposingtomanagementteamforsystemupgrade.
