基站天線研發(fā)工程師崗位職責(zé):

1、負(fù)責(zé)基站天線設(shè)計開發(fā)工作,包括:方案評估、天線研發(fā)調(diào)試與認(rèn)證、技術(shù)規(guī)格書制作和產(chǎn)品技術(shù)支持等工作;

2、確保天線設(shè)計指標(biāo)符合設(shè)計要求,并不滿足可靠性及一致性要求;

3、外部合作廠家的工作溝通、協(xié)調(diào)與推動;

4、與其他部門密切協(xié)作,保證產(chǎn)品相關(guān)目標(biāo)按期實現(xiàn)。

任職要求:

1、通信、電磁場、微波、射頻、物理學(xué)等本科及以上相關(guān)專業(yè);

2、具有3年及以上基站天線設(shè)計工作經(jīng)驗(有三大運營商成功招標(biāo)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮),(TDD及FDD天線設(shè)計經(jīng)驗者均可);

3、具備電磁場與電磁波理論、微波技術(shù)、天線設(shè)計原理等理論基礎(chǔ);

4、精通使用相關(guān)的仿真軟件(HFSS/CST/ADS等)了解和熟悉天線的設(shè)計、仿真及驗證,能完成一般難度項目的天線設(shè)計;

5、熟練使用網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析儀等相關(guān)RF測試儀器;
