職位描述：
工作職責(zé)：
1.負(fù)責(zé)智能終端設(shè)備天線的調(diào)試與設(shè)計(jì)工作，確保天線無線性能達(dá)標(biāo)；
2.負(fù)責(zé)天線開發(fā)過程中的交付，量產(chǎn)跟線并解決天線生產(chǎn)相關(guān)問題，確保天線工位直通率及產(chǎn)品上市質(zhì)量；
3.參與天線方案的設(shè)計(jì)，整機(jī)接地設(shè)計(jì)，天線原理圖設(shè)計(jì)，天線區(qū)域PCBlayout布局等工作。
任職要求：
1.本科三年以上/碩士三年以上天線設(shè)計(jì)、開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，電子等相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)；
2.熟練掌握天線微波網(wǎng)絡(luò)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)。熟練掌握天線仿真工具，并熟練使用測(cè)試儀器；
3.具備天線仿真能力；
4.良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神；
5.具有智能終端設(shè)備天線開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的優(yōu)先。

基站天線研發(fā)工程師崗位職責(zé):
1、負(fù)責(zé)基站天線設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)工作,包括:方案評(píng)估、天線研發(fā)調(diào)試與認(rèn)證、技術(shù)規(guī)格書制作和產(chǎn)品技術(shù)支持等工作;
2、確保天線設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,并不滿足可靠性及一致性要求;
3、外部合作廠家的工作溝通、協(xié)調(diào)與推動(dòng);
4、與其他部門密切協(xié)作,保證產(chǎn)品相關(guān)目標(biāo)按期實(shí)現(xiàn)。
任職要求:
1、通信、電磁場(chǎng)、微波、射頻、物理學(xué)等本科及以上相關(guān)專業(yè);
2、具有3年及以上基站天線設(shè)計(jì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)(有三大運(yùn)營(yíng)商成功招標(biāo)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮),(TDD及FDD天線設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者均可);
