IT項目經(jīng)理(移動創(chuàng)新部)好萊客廣州好萊客創(chuàng)意家居股份有限公司,好萊客,廣州好萊客,好萊客【工作職責(zé)】

1、負(fù)責(zé)IT部門的項目管理工作,確保項目按時高質(zhì)量完成;

2、根據(jù)項目需求,進(jìn)行需求評估,確定項目范圍,并與各團(tuán)隊進(jìn)行工作量評估等工作;

3、主導(dǎo)開發(fā)流程,把控項目進(jìn)度,保證項目高質(zhì)量交付;

4、項目研發(fā)進(jìn)度和實施過程進(jìn)行監(jiān)督、控制,解決開發(fā)過程中各類需求與資源問題;

5、參與協(xié)調(diào)部門內(nèi)各小組、以及部門與部門之間的關(guān)系,主動解決工作中出現(xiàn)的問題。

【崗位要求】

1、本科以上學(xué)歷,計算機相關(guān)專業(yè);

2、3年以上互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)項目管理經(jīng)驗;

3、有互聯(lián)網(wǎng)研發(fā)團(tuán)隊敏捷項目管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮;

4、有研發(fā)從業(yè)背景,后轉(zhuǎn)為項目管理從業(yè)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮;

5、熟悉軟件項目過程管理,對敏捷項目管理和流程建設(shè)有實際應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗及深刻理解;

6、優(yōu)秀的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力,較強的執(zhí)行力、推動力和跨團(tuán)隊協(xié)作能力,推動團(tuán)隊向目標(biāo)前進(jìn)。

IT移動崗位職責(zé)

崗位職責(zé):

1、負(fù)責(zé)全國各地診所的IT(計算機、網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備、監(jiān)控等)日常管理、維護(hù);

2、負(fù)責(zé)全國各地新開診所的IT環(huán)境搭建及調(diào)試,確保診所IT系統(tǒng)正常運行;

3、負(fù)責(zé)全國各地IT系統(tǒng)培訓(xùn)支持;

4、負(fù)責(zé)編寫IT系統(tǒng)相關(guān)的操作手冊,實施手冊,維護(hù)手冊等并定期整理歸檔;

5、負(fù)責(zé)調(diào)研、引進(jìn)并測試推動公司信息化建設(shè)的相關(guān)系統(tǒng)和設(shè)備。

崗位要求:

1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,計算機、通信等相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè),1年以上公司網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理員工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先;

2、熟練掌握Windows操作系統(tǒng)的管理、維護(hù),具有局域網(wǎng)及綜合辦公網(wǎng)絡(luò)的維護(hù)經(jīng)驗;了解并會編寫常用的Shell腳本;并有網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全、電腦病毒等維護(hù)經(jīng)驗;

3、熟練掌握常用的辦公軟件的安裝、配置和維護(hù)技術(shù),熟悉電腦周邊設(shè)備(打印機、掃描儀、傳真機、復(fù)印機、投影儀等)安裝與維護(hù);

4、良好的團(tuán)隊合作協(xié)調(diào)能力、清晰的表達(dá)能力。
