1、負責開發和維護業務區域內代理商,促進代理商達成銷售業績;

2、負責與業務區域內的動物診療機構、農業院校等產品對口部門進行溝通和交流,促進產品銷售;

3、負責業務地區的市場(客戶、競爭對手、市場)信息的收集與分析,提供決策依據;

4、負責業務區域內品牌和產品的市場推廣和宣傳。

崗位要求:

1、全日制大專及以上學歷,農業院校臨床、動物醫學等相關專業;

2、1年以上動物診斷機構相關工作經驗;

3、性格外向、開朗,具備良好的溝通能力,能適應短期出差。

-Marketingpromotion:Co-ordinateactivitiesofproductmarketinginregionsforallbusinesssegments(direct,dealers);Organizationandexecutionofroadshow,seminars,congressesandmeetingsthroughoutChina;

-Competition:Improvingthemarketandcompetitiveintelligenceprocessesincludingaccurateandobjectivemarketdataandwon/lostorderanalyses.

-Customersatisfaction:inaccordancewithmarketing,application,collaborationandservicefortargetcustomers’problemssolving.Buildandmaintaingoodcustomerrelationship.

-Leadership:highperformanceteamdevelopmentandstrategydevelopmentinregionformarketsharegaining;

-Businessplanningandforecastinginresponsiblemodalityformanagementreviewandreport.

Qualification:

-Bachelordegreewithmajoredinmedicalorbio-engineer

-Minimum5yearsexperienceinsales/marketingexperienceinthefieldofclinicalorengineeringindustryatmultinationalcompany.Minimum5yearsexperienceinclinicalmarketing/applicationorprojectmanagementwithgoodcustomerrelationshipmanagementskills

-Excellentknowledgeofultrasoundworkflow,productrelated,marketingandprojectmanagement

-ExcellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskillsinEnglish

-AbletoinfluencecustomersinawaytohaveapositiveattitudetowardsSiemensproduct,beingtheleaderofproject
