Contributeswithinnovationtrend&productportfolioanalysis,developmentofportfoliooptionsincludingrelatedbusinessmodelsandsupportofimplementationprogramstothedevelopmentofDFSEBUstrategy.
Whataremyresponsibilities?
AnalyzesproductrequirementsoftheChinesemarketandcompetitorsonportfoliolevelincl.technicalrequirements,buildsupadeepunderstandingoftheneedsofautomationproductmarket(applications),derivesaproductportfoliobasedonfact-basedanalysisandproposesFAproductmanagementappropriateconcepts.
Controlsandcoachestheproductlifecycleprocessforthelocalizedproductsandtakespartinproductdefinitionprocess/reviewprocessfornewworldwideproductdevelopmentstomaketheproductssuccessfulintheChinesemarket.
Analyzespreconditionsofamultiplelineportfolioincludingmarketsegmentdifferentiationandproductportfoliodivergence,proposesrelatedproductlineconceptsandbusinessmodelsalongthewholevaluechaininaccordancewiththeHQstrategies.
Analyzesinnovation&technologytrendsintheChinesemarket,derivesastrategicroadmapofautomationinnovationsinemergingmarketstocontributeinsightstotheFAinnovationandproductroadmap.
CommunicateswithcentralSLCfunctions,managescontactswithcustomersandothercontactsetc.,alignsandcoordinatesallactivitieswithDFSEHQdepartment"ProductManagement"(ReportingFunction)
Forcustomizedproductsanalyzethecustomerrequirementswhichgoes“beyond”thestandardportfolio,andsupportthecustomizedproductdevelopmentprocessoverthecompletelifecycle.
