Controlsandcoachestheproductlifecycleprocessforthelocalizedproductsandtakespartinproductdefinitionprocess/reviewprocessfornewworldwideproductdevelopmentstomaketheproductssuccessfulintheChinesemarket.

Analyzespreconditionsofamultiplelineportfolioincludingmarketsegmentdifferentiationandproductportfoliodivergence,proposesrelatedproductlineconceptsandbusinessmodelsalongthewholevaluechaininaccordancewiththeHQstrategies.

篇2:客戶經(jīng)理金融產品營銷管理職位說明書

崗位描述:

1、銷售管理職位,負責其功能領域內主要目標和計劃,制定、參與或協(xié)助上層執(zhí)行相關的政策和制度;

2、負責部門的日常管理工作及部門員工的管理、指導、培訓及評估;

3、分析客戶需求,維護與指定公司關鍵顧客的關系,尋求機會發(fā)展新的業(yè)務;

4、管理、參與和跟進項目進展;

5、建立管理數(shù)據(jù)庫,跟蹤分析相關信息;

6、向公司提供市場資訊及所屬客戶信息。

任職資格:

1、專科及以上學歷,市場營銷等相關專業(yè);

2、2年以上銷售行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗,有客戶經(jīng)理工作經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先;

3、性格外向,具有較強的溝通能力和語言表達能力,較強的公關能力、應變能力和談判能力;

4、具備良好的客戶服務意識,良好的品牌及營銷策劃能力;

5、能適應長期出差。
