職責描述:
TheTravelAccountSupervisorisresponsibleforexecutingvariousaspectsofChinaTravel’sdistributionstrategiesinChina,throughthetravelrelatedchannel.ThisrolerequiresextensivetravelwithalocalprovinceinChina.

oPersonallybuild,manage,andmaintainrelationshipswithTravelAccountsatvariouslevelsofmanagement(includingsupportofmulti-nationalaccountsfromothercountriesandregions)throughbest-in-classservicequality
oDesign,plan&executeactivities–includingbutnotlimitedtoproduct,distribution,marketing,training,andcustomercampaignactivities-withinAIGTravel’sinsuranceyieldmanagementframeworktoreachbudgetedproduction
oManageaccountspro-activelyincludingformalscheduledreviews/meetings,activitydashboards/pipelines,bestpracticesharing,andsalesreporting
oCollaboratewithrespectivein-countryandregionalfunctionalstakeholderssuchasfinance,callcenter,claims,andregionalprogrammanagementtoensuresmoothend-to-endoperationofprograms

擬定新產品費率,進行利潤測試;
制定產品條款,向保監會報送產品報備資料;
核定大額業務價格以及產品上線系統準備;
編制經驗數據分析報告,追蹤產品的損失率,續保率等;

-擔當PL,TL或SE的職務;
-根據項目情況,短期出差日本參加要件定義、基本設計等上游工程;
-檢驗協力公司提交的成果物,提交給客戶;
-常駐協力公司,進行開發現場課題確認、風險把控并強化推進中日間的溝通交流工作。
【任職資格】
■必要條件:
-日語N1,能夠進行業務溝通;
-具有5年以上對日系統開發經驗;
-具有3年以上JAVA經驗;
-能夠接受赴日或者中國國內出差;
-具有強烈的責任感。
■優先條件:
-具有一流的日語能力;
-具有生命保險業務經驗;
-具有豐富的上游工程(基本設計、結合測試以上)經驗;
-具有日本永住權。
【崗位描述】
1、出差日本(3-6個月左右),參加要件定義、基本設計等上游工程;
2、常駐協力會社,負責詳細設計、把控項目整體狀況、強化并推進中日間的溝通交流
