PossessstrongEnglishcommunicationskillsbothverballyandinwriting.

Thoroughunderstandingofengineeringdrawings(documentationformanufacture)

Professionalexperienceinaproductdesignorasimilartechnicalrole

Knowledgeoftheproductdevelopmentprocess(conceptdevelopmentthroughtovolumeproduction)

篇2:標識項目主管崗位職責

崗位職責:

1、負責制定部門年度工作計劃,銷售預算等規劃性工作,根據時間節點分解工作計劃及銷售任務,合理安排部門分工;

2、項目前期與業主主管部門的溝通項目的總體進度及實施計劃;

3、制定招標工作計劃,組織招投標活動,負責合同訂單評審及簽訂工作;

4、負責客戶信息的收集及跟蹤,對潛在客戶進行商務開發,對固定客戶定期進行拜訪及深挖需求,建立并保持和客戶的良好關系,合同訂單的評審簽訂;

5、全面負責項目的管控工作,項目前期資料收集,項目協調,進度管理,成本控制,售后管理及回款跟進等工作;

6、負責對部門內各項工作的布置、檢查和落實,檢查和考核本部門員工的工作;

7、負責工程竣工驗收及工程結算的審核工作;

任職要求:

1、工程管理、工民建、規劃類相關專業大專以及上學歷;

2、1年以上工程管理工作經驗,有工程監理工作經驗的優先;

3、具備良好的溝通能力、組織協調能力、執行能力和商務能力。

4、熟悉國家和地方的相關法律、法規、政策及行業規范,熟悉市場行情;

5、具有較強的計劃實施能力,較強的組織協調和溝通能力,有較強的責任心、團隊協作精神和領導能力;

6、思路清晰、善于總結、勤于思考,能承擔較大壓力。
