數控工程師崗位職責

1.進行CNC加工編程及操作，并編寫操作指導書，對指導書的適用性和使用版本的有效性負責；

2.負責數控設備工藝程序與設備的調整和刀具的選擇；

3.負責機床使用過程中的故障診斷和維修；

4.協助生產，提供持續改進的方案，對產品的質量、生產進度、檢測進行跟蹤，以達到甚至超過質量、產量、成本及生產效率的要求；

5.及時完成數控機床的預防性維護，完成設備維護的日常報表。

數控工程師崗位要求

1.精密工程、數控、機械加工工藝流程等相關專業；

2.熟悉數控設備控制系統，熟悉編程中的G代碼和M代碼；

3.熟悉各種數控系統編程和操作；

4.具有良好的機械繪圖能力，能夠使用UGPro-MasterCam等三維繪圖建模編程軟件；

5.具有豐富的CNC機床維修、保養經驗；

6.具有較強的分析與解決問題的能力；

7.較強的組織與溝通能力。

篇3:資深數控工程師崗位職責

1、獨立負責機械設計及技術開發工作;

2、積極做好產品設計和技術規劃的前期工作;

3、按要求做好新產品設計,完成物料選型及BOM表制作;

4、對加工及裝配調試人員進行培訓;

5、深入車間,了解和處理設計上存在的問題并加以改進;

6、對所設計產品跟蹤,掌握其使用性能質量狀況,并對出現的問題負責跟進;

任職要求:1、年齡30-45歲,專科以上學歷;

2、精通SOLIDWORKS;

3、從事非標自動化設備設計3年以上,能獨立設計/調試非標自動化設備;

4、熟悉絲桿導軌、電機、氣缸、皮帶的選型,能熟練應用各種機械傳動機構,懂得一些基本電氣知識;

5、溝通能力及表達能力強,能統籌安排項目進度具有主觀意識。
