數(shù)控工程師指從事數(shù)控機(jī)床的開(kāi)發(fā)、編程、設(shè)計(jì)、操作、維護(hù)等工作的專業(yè)技術(shù)人員。

數(shù)控工程師崗位職責(zé)

1.進(jìn)行CNC加工編程及操作，并編寫操作指導(dǎo)書，對(duì)指導(dǎo)書的適用性和使用版本的有效性負(fù)責(zé)；

2.負(fù)責(zé)數(shù)控設(shè)備工藝程序與設(shè)備的調(diào)整和刀具的選擇；

3.負(fù)責(zé)機(jī)床使用過(guò)程中的故障診斷和維修；

4.協(xié)助生產(chǎn)，提供持續(xù)改進(jìn)的方案，對(duì)產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量、生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度、檢測(cè)進(jìn)行跟蹤，以達(dá)到甚至超過(guò)質(zhì)量、產(chǎn)量、成本及生產(chǎn)效率的要求；

5.及時(shí)完成數(shù)控機(jī)床的預(yù)防性維護(hù)，完成設(shè)備維護(hù)的日常報(bào)表。

數(shù)控工程師崗位要求

1.精密工程、數(shù)控、機(jī)械加工工藝流程等相關(guān)專業(yè)；

2.熟悉數(shù)控設(shè)備控制系統(tǒng)，熟悉編程中的G代碼和M代碼；

3.熟悉各種數(shù)控系統(tǒng)編程和操作；

4.具有良好的機(jī)械繪圖能力，能夠使用UGPro-MasterCam等三維繪圖建模編程軟件；

5.具有豐富的CNC機(jī)床維修、保養(yǎng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

6.具有較強(qiáng)的分析與解決問(wèn)題的能力；

7.較強(qiáng)的組織與溝通能力。

4、熟悉絲桿導(dǎo)軌、電機(jī)、氣缸、皮帶的選型,能熟練應(yīng)用各種機(jī)械傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu),懂得一些基本電氣知識(shí);

5、溝通能力及表達(dá)能力強(qiáng),能統(tǒng)籌安排項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度具有主觀意識(shí)。
