數控工程師崗位職責

職責描述:

進行數控系統的選型、數控機床電氣系統的設計、安裝、調試、維修和保養;

根據產品圖紙進行編程;

根據零件圖所規定的工件外形和尺寸、材料、技術要求進行工藝程序的設計與計算(包括加工順序、加工時間、刀具與工件相對運動軌跡、距離和進給速度等),輸入到數控車床數控系統;

數控車床自動生產出產品后,負責批試、批量供貨等工作;

使用測量檢測儀器,對有精度誤差的產品進行誤差補償;

負責產品加工過程中技術問題解決、工藝改進,提高效率,降低成本

任職要求:

機電一體化、數控技術等專業大學專科及以上學歷。

具備良好的操作技能,員工擁有一定的從業經驗

篇3:資深數控工程師崗位職責

1、獨立負責機械設計及技術開發工作;

2、積極做好產品設計和技術規劃的前期工作;

3、按要求做好新產品設計,完成物料選型及BOM表制作;

4、對加工及裝配調試人員進行培訓;

5、深入車間,了解和處理設計上存在的問題并加以改進;

6、對所設計產品跟蹤,掌握其使用性能質量狀況,并對出現的問題負責跟進;

任職要求:1、年齡30-45歲,專科以上學歷;

2、精通SOLIDWORKS;

3、從事非標自動化設備設計3年以上,能獨立設計/調試非標自動化設備;

4、熟悉絲桿導軌、電機、氣缸、皮帶的選型,能熟練應用各種機械傳動機構,懂得一些基本電氣知識;

5、溝通能力及表達能力強,能統籌安排項目進度具有主觀意識。
