篇2:車間分析儀表工程師安全職責(zé)

1、負(fù)責(zé)做好化水分析儀表的安全生產(chǎn)工作,確保各項(xiàng)技術(shù)工作的安全可靠性。

2、負(fù)責(zé)在現(xiàn)分析儀表的安全技術(shù)規(guī)程及安全技術(shù)管理制度,在編制在線分析儀表的維護(hù)、施工、檢修方案時(shí)要有可靠的衛(wèi)生措施,并對(duì)執(zhí)行情況進(jìn)行檢查監(jiān)督。

3、對(duì)本車間職工進(jìn)行在線分析儀表的安全操作技術(shù)培訓(xùn)并進(jìn)行考試。

4、每天深入現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查在線分析儀表的安全運(yùn)行情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)事故隱患及時(shí)整改。并對(duì)違章作業(yè)或不聽勸阻者,立即停止作業(yè),并報(bào)請(qǐng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)處理。

5、參加車間新建、擴(kuò)建、改建工程設(shè)計(jì)審查、竣工驗(yàn)收,參加分析儀表改造方案的審查,使之符合安全技術(shù)要求。

6、參加有關(guān)事故調(diào)查、分析,查明原因,分清責(zé)任,提出預(yù)防措施,并及時(shí)向領(lǐng)導(dǎo)或主管部門報(bào)告。

7、參與制訂裝置檢修,停、開工方案,做好在線分析儀表的交底工作。

8、對(duì)車間分析儀表的安全技術(shù)負(fù)主要責(zé)任。

篇3:設(shè)備處儀表責(zé)任工程師安全生產(chǎn)職責(zé)

1參與擬訂本單位安全生產(chǎn)規(guī)章制度、檢修規(guī)程和生產(chǎn)安全事故應(yīng)急救援預(yù)案;

2參與本單位安全生產(chǎn)教育和培訓(xùn),如實(shí)記錄安全生產(chǎn)和培訓(xùn)情況;

3參與本單位應(yīng)急救援演練;

4檢查主管車間的安全生產(chǎn)狀況,及時(shí)排查生產(chǎn)安全事故隱患,提出改進(jìn)安全生產(chǎn)管理的建議;

5制止和糾正違章指揮、強(qiáng)令冒險(xiǎn)作業(yè)、違反檢修規(guī)程的行為;

6督促落實(shí)本單位安全生產(chǎn)整改措施;

7審核與自己業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)的危險(xiǎn)作業(yè)安全技術(shù)措施計(jì)劃和防護(hù)措施方案,做好檢查落實(shí)工作;認(rèn)真審核主管車間的施工作業(yè)票,對(duì)檢修風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、檢修內(nèi)容、檢修說明、安全環(huán)保措施等進(jìn)行識(shí)別確認(rèn);在施工過程中對(duì)上述條款的落實(shí)情況進(jìn)行監(jiān)督檢查;

8掌握滅火和火場(chǎng)逃生知識(shí),熟悉各種滅火器材的使用方法;

9積極參加安全文化建設(shè),培養(yǎng)良好的安全習(xí)慣和安全價(jià)值觀;
