儀表控制工程師DCSTheC&Iengineerensuresthesystemsandprocessescanoperateeffectively,efficientlyandsafely.Theroleismultidisciplinary,workingcloselywithcolleaguesacrossanumberoffunctions,suchasprocess,operations,andinformationsystems(IS).Andtoberesponsibleforallfacilitiescontrol&technicalissuesincludingdesignreview,equipmentcommissioning&spec/Datasheetreviewforallequipmentreliabilityandperformanceguaranteeineachplantoperationstage.

篇2:車間分析儀表工程師安全職責

1、負責做好化水分析儀表的安全生產工作,確保各項技術工作的安全可靠性。

2、負責在現分析儀表的安全技術規程及安全技術管理制度,在編制在線分析儀表的維護、施工、檢修方案時要有可靠的衛生措施,并對執行情況進行檢查監督。

3、對本車間職工進行在線分析儀表的安全操作技術培訓并進行考試。

4、每天深入現場檢查在線分析儀表的安全運行情況,發現事故隱患及時整改。并對違章作業或不聽勸阻者,立即停止作業,并報請領導處理。

5、參加車間新建、擴建、改建工程設計審查、竣工驗收,參加分析儀表改造方案的審查,使之符合安全技術要求。

6、參加有關事故調查、分析,查明原因,分清責任,提出預防措施,并及時向領導或主管部門報告。

7、參與制訂裝置檢修,停、開工方案,做好在線分析儀表的交底工作。

8、對車間分析儀表的安全技術負主要責任。

篇3:設備處儀表責任工程師安全生產職責

1參與擬訂本單位安全生產規章制度、檢修規程和生產安全事故應急救援預案;

2參與本單位安全生產教育和培訓,如實記錄安全生產和培訓情況;

3參與本單位應急救援演練;

4檢查主管車間的安全生產狀況,及時排查生產安全事故隱患,提出改進安全生產管理的建議;

5制止和糾正違章指揮、強令冒險作業、違反檢修規程的行為;

6督促落實本單位安全生產整改措施;

7審核與自己業務相關的危險作業安全技術措施計劃和防護措施方案,做好檢查落實工作;認真審核主管車間的施工作業票,對檢修風險、檢修內容、檢修說明、安全環保措施等進行識別確認;在施工過程中對上述條款的落實情況進行監督檢查;

8掌握滅火和火場逃生知識,熟悉各種滅火器材的使用方法;

9積極參加安全文化建設,培養良好的安全習慣和安全價值觀;
