Beresponsibleforroutingmaintenanceofthemachines;負責設備的日常維修保養。

Strictlyimplement5Sandfixed-positionapproachmanagement;嚴格執行5S管理和定置管理。

Qualification崗位要求

*

Occupationalschoolorabove,majorinmechanicalmanufacturingispreferred.技校或更高學歷,機械制造優先。

Befamiliarwithcontrolsystem,likeMitsubishi,Fanuc,Siemens;熟悉各種控制系統,如三菱、法那科、西門子等。

*

BeresponsibleforunderstandingandmakingsimpleCNCprogram;能理解加工程序并能編寫簡單的程序。

Befamiliarwithlathetools,liketurninginserts,taps,drillers,熟悉各種刀具,如刀片,螺攻、鉆頭等。

Goodintegrity,honestandgoodcommunicationskills;勤奮、誠實以及優秀的溝通技巧。

篇2:多軸車床操作工崗位職責要求

1.熟練掌握產品加工工藝和檢測規程,操作多軸車床或數控多軸車床(進口高精度5軸、6軸、8軸專用車床,采用成形刀加工,大批量連續生產,數控多軸車床無需操作工編程),完成當班生產任務。

2.負責設備的點檢工作,并做好有關記錄。

3.做好所負責區域的“5S”工作,確保工作環境整潔。
