JobResponsibilities:

-Developtheregionalcontractlogisticsbusinessinvariousindustries,especiallyinAutoorFoodindustries;

-Developviablesupplychainsolutionsonspecifickeyindustrysegmentsandensuringtheeffectiveimplementationofkeyindustrydevelopmentplaninallregions;

-Effectivelymanagethegrowthofcontractlogisticsandthedevelopmentofnewpotentialkeyaccountasrequired;

-Assistthedevelopmentandimplementationofsalespoliciesandpricingguidelinesfortheregions;

-ConducttheRevenue/ContributionAnalysistodevelopcustomerprioritylistsandtoassistcontractnegotiationonregionallevel;

-Reviewandfurtherassistindevelopingpan-Chinaservicecapabilityforkeyindustries;

-Toaccomplishthetasksassignedbydirectmanagerfromtimetotime.

JobRequirements:

-Universitydegreeoraboveinbusinessadministration,logisticsorrelevantdisciplines;

-Minimum3yearsofrelevantsalesandbusinessdevelopmentexperienceatmanageriallevelinlogisticsbusinessfunctionsinMNC,preferablyforleading3PL/LSP;

-Strongteambuilding,presentationandprojectmanagementskills;

-Self-starter,performancedrivenwithgoodanalytical,planningandtimemanagement;

篇2:業務經理崗位職責

1、計劃管理,負責制訂年度、月度貨運目標計劃,并呈報分管經理。

2、負責跟進目標計劃的實施;

3、負責車輛業務的管理,并督導所屬文員進行統計、歸類并存檔;

4、負責監督所屬部門的對于銷售目標的執行情況,并制訂月度營銷實績報告;

5、信息管理,負責市場調查及預測工作的實施,制訂應對準備策略。

6、負責制訂公司登記管理制度,并指導實施;

7、負責制訂競爭對手調查登記管理制度,并指導實施;

8、負責依據市場狀況和公司發展宗旨,對本行業市場信息及資源進行整合;

9、績效管理,根據運輸目標計劃,制訂周、月考核計劃,并進行考核;

10、負責制訂本部門的崗位責任制,輔助提升全體業務人員的業務素質水平;

11、負責按計劃完成每月款項回籠;

12、負責加強完善合同并監督各類合約的簽訂、建檔工作;

13、參與或主持相關的工作會議;

14、負責所屬人員的考核考評工作的實施;

篇3:業務科安全管理職責

1.認真執行安全運輸方針政策和海關法,保障船舶安全合法運輸。

2.教育船東、船長遵守運輸法規、海關法,嚴禁船舶超載、超越航區運輸,克服違規、違章的行為。

3.公司接納船舶管理時,必須認真執行公司制訂的船舶準入制,會同公司海務科負責人與船檢師上船檢驗,符合適航和準入制后才能加入我司經營管理。

4.督促船東落實委托經營管理合同書。

5.認真做好一船一檔案工作,并設立專人負責管理,方便查閱,利于做好安全跟蹤管理工作。

6.負責船員檔案管理工作,做到人船相結合,掌握船員的詳細信息,方便查閱,以利于更好的做好跟蹤管理及組織培訓工作。

7.制定船員培訓計劃,及時組織人員。協助海務科、機務科對船員進行系統培訓,盡可能減少、消除人為事故隱患。
