TheobjectiveoftheHUBCustomerSuccessManageristobeaTrustedAdvisorwiththeCustomertodriveAdoptionoftheirchosenOracleSaaSapplication,maximizeCustomerretention,advocacyandsuccesswhilealsocontributingtoincreasedsubscriptionrevenueexpansiongrowthandachievement.

Inthisrole,youwillworkremotelywithcustomersonthelowersegmentoftheinstalledbaseinaproactiveandreactivemode.Youwillhelpourcustomerstoobtainallsuitableinformationneededinordertouseandadoptourapplicationssuccessfully.

YouwillworktowardsindividualannualtargetsfordrivingtheAdoption,RetentionandExpansionofyourcustomer’ssubscriptions,byworkingcloselyandcollaboratingwiththeRegionalSalesandCSMteamstobuildstrongcustomerrelationshipsandunderstandourinstallbaseCustomerobjectives-effectivelymanagingallcustomerrelatedactivitiesthroughoutthecustomer’slifecycle,fromsignuptorenewalremotelyanddemonstratingthevalueofOracleSaaSapplications.

YouarepassionateandcommittedtoensureallsuitableresourcesneededtomakeourcustomerssuccessfulareavailableviaourSuccessHubCustomerportaland/ordirecttothecustomerviatheavailablesystemsorautomatedprocesses.

EssentialDutiesandResponsibilities

?EnsurecustomercoveragethroughtheSuccessHubCustomerportal,chatandothermechanismstodriveCustomerAdvocacy,Adoption,RetentionandExpansion.

?Developdeeperunderstandingofthecustomers’objectivestoidentifyopportunitiesandfurtheralignresourcesthatwillguidethecustomers’successfuluseofandreturnoninvestmentwiththeirOracleSaaSsolution.

?DrivecontinuedandmaximumadoptionofOracle’sSaaSsolutionsandidentifyandfosterproductexpansionopportunitieswiththeappropriateCloudSalesteamviaavalue-basedrelationshipwithassignedclients.

?Actinaprogrammaticwaytodelivertosuccessplan,businessreviews,roadmapsessions,enablementandadoptionservicesandensureregularproactivecommunicationwiththeassignedinstallcustomerbase.

?Createsimplemessagingaroundthevalueoftheoverallsolutionandencourageoptimalutilization.

?Guidecustomersthroughsignificantservicemilestonessuchasupgrades,newreleases,etc.viaautomaticandprogrammaticplannedandexecutedmethods.

?Providegenericbestpracticesandindustrybenchmarkingmaterialsviaselfserviceandproactivepushcommunication.

?Workcloselywiththesupport,presalesandconsultingteamsincludingpartnerstomakesureyoucandelivertheprogramcontentandresolvecustomerneedsinaneffectiveandhighqualityway.

?WorkcloselywiththeRegionalSalesteamtoensureadequateawarenessaroundthevolumecustomerbaseduetoreneweachquarterinadvance.

?Ensurethetimelyupdateanddata/contentqualityofrelevantinternalOraclesystemsusedbyHubCustomerSuccessManagers,suchasCLM,ServiceCloud,EloquaandtheSuccessHubandCommunityportals.

?CompletetherequiredOracleSalesAcademytrainingandCSMproduct/domaintoaLevel2accreditationstandard.

任職要求

?Excellentphonemanner,abilitytolistentocustomerconcerns/issueandarticulateaprocesstodeliveraconsideredsolutiontothecustomerwithconfidence,ie.remoteengagementtosupportalargenumberofcustomersintheGC/HK/TW/Korea/Japanregions,thatexpecthand-holdingortobedirectedtoresourcesthatwilldeliverasatisfactorycustomerconclusion.

?EnglishspeakingfluencyandproficiencyisrequiredaswealsolooktoestablishabroaderregionalHubmodelthatcansupportcustomersacrossallJAPACregions(ie.potentiallyinteractingwithcustomersinANZ).

?Demonstratedexperienceandaffinitywithaparticularverticalindustrymarket,eg.financialservices,HR,travel,retail,ecommerce,technology,professionalservices,education,health,etc.

?Proactiveengagementwithacustomerforbusinessreviews,webinars,planningforsuccessandplatformadoption,ie.thisisnotareactivetechnicalsupportinvestigationrole,theHubCSMrequiresproactiveinitiativesthataddsvaluerealisationtocustomeradoptionandusageofourSaaSproducts.

?HandsonexperiencewithSaaSproducts,ie.abilitytounderstandthecustomerenduserperspectivewhenusingcloudproducts.

云產(chǎn)品總監(jiān)崗位職責(zé)

工作職責(zé):

1、對(duì)公司云產(chǎn)品的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力負(fù)責(zé);

2、負(fù)責(zé)公司云產(chǎn)品線的產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃、產(chǎn)品功能及業(yè)務(wù)流程設(shè)計(jì)、產(chǎn)品研發(fā)、產(chǎn)品迭代優(yōu)化等產(chǎn)品全生命周期相關(guān)工作;

3、深入了解行業(yè)和主要競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的動(dòng)向,跟蹤國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)新產(chǎn)品動(dòng)態(tài),進(jìn)行行業(yè)分析和競(jìng)品分析,制定符合市場(chǎng)需求的產(chǎn)品功能、業(yè)務(wù)流程及推廣策略;

4、溝通和協(xié)調(diào)各部門(mén)資源,組織跨團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作,按期保質(zhì)驅(qū)動(dòng)產(chǎn)品上線;

5、不斷挖掘用戶需求,跟進(jìn)用戶使用反饋,持續(xù)優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品,持續(xù)提升產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)品性能和用戶體驗(yàn)。

任職要求:

1、計(jì)算機(jī)相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷,5年以上產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);

2、熟悉并使用過(guò)市面主流云計(jì)算產(chǎn)品,有豐富的獨(dú)立帶領(lǐng)產(chǎn)品團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行規(guī)劃、設(shè)計(jì)、研發(fā)大型云計(jì)算產(chǎn)品的經(jīng)驗(yàn);

3、掌握一項(xiàng)或多項(xiàng)云計(jì)算相關(guān)技術(shù)原理,例如虛擬化、SDN、容器、分布式存儲(chǔ)等;

4、有多云管理或PaaS計(jì)算類(lèi)產(chǎn)品工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;

5、優(yōu)秀的跨組織協(xié)調(diào)能力和溝通能力;

6、有團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),有較強(qiáng)的抗壓能力。
